She looks confused. I'd like to see more detail. Thats basically all I can say other than shading don't over shade

Oh! She's cute...or is she supposed to be you?

I love the deft shading...can't think of the word to properly describe it...but it really adds depth to her hair.

The only things I can think of to improve are...

1) another tiny spot of white highlight on the nose beneath the first

2) the out-of-place gridlines in the middle of the drawing.

3) some background.

Other than that, this drawing is impeccable. It's so cute!

I love the sort of definition around her eye and chin.

Her hair is particularly neat.

Great job!

Keep writing-err, drawing.

Yeah, with the lines, I really need better paper. I actually only shaded the hair and a tiny bit of the shirt. :D I used lined paper, because we're out of white paper, and the "out of place grid lines" would be normal ruling on lined paper. xD I cropped it onto a white background, but I'm still working on it. xD

This is an adorable drawing!

I have only a two critiques.
Were you going to give her a mouth and then changed your mind?
There are a lot of lines running through her but I see you explained that.

Again, very cute!

Hey there Mo,
Pink here, as requested =D

First of all, I think the difference in eye size is weird. I think you did that intentionally but it seems too much of a vast difference in the size, make the right one a bit bigger so the left doesn't pop out at you.
The second thing I noticed, the ipod(mp3/whatever). It seems to be just...flying there by itself. I suggest you move it so it's laying on the floor or in her hand.
The third thing I noticed was her right leg. It looks...weird. Maybe you should make it bigger and allow some more detail so we know she's sitting on the floor with one leg out.

Other than that, I did enjoy what this picture gave, it's different. I like your shading, it seems you must have spent some time on that...
I'm glad you haven't added a nose or a mouth-I think she looks better without them.
All you really need to work on is perspective.
Well, I hope that helped!
keep drawing!

This is great! The only things I see are:
1) Why is 1 eye bigger than the other? Is she upposed to be confused? If so, how come?
2) Did you draw it on notebook paper and then crop out the background on the computer? I still see the lines in the middle of the drawing, so you might want to fix that.
3) Her iPod is just kinda floating there. Maybe put it in her hand, or something?

Other than that its amazing. It looks like you spent alot time on this, and it was worth it :)

Hello! Call me Freak.

First thing I noticed: Is the iPod floating in the air or resting on the very edge of your thigh?

2nd: Is...that..her nose? And what's that dot? Oh, wait, I think that's her eye..

I think you need the make this more realistic instead of just trying to make it look cute.

3rd: Is that her right thigh? Or the bottom of her shoe?
Now I am not tyring to be mean, just pointing out the things that bugged me in my words at the time. :D

But other than that it's pretty good and cute too. P.s: If this is really you, you have some really long hair!
Write on.

Thanks for the comments. :D
The eye thing? I dunno, I just thought it was cool.
And as for the iPod, I shall try to fix it.

Hey guys, thanks for the reviews!
I just thought I'd let you know, I drew this, from a friends drawing, and then changed it to make it my own.
Probably my favorite cartoonist is Katy Towell, and she's been a lot of my inspiration. (I saw her cartoons a while back, and thought they were awesome). So, I thought I'd give you a link to her picture gallery. Katy Towell.
When I was drawing this I couldn't get the eyes right, so I did them different sizes. After doing so, I realised how much they look like Katy Towell's work. I didn't even realise how much her work had influenced me.

I rated! I think it looks cute! :]
With th elittle xoxo at the bottom left.
the hair is pretty cool how it flows to spread around the floor.
You have a lot of unneeded pencil marks, though.
You should keep drawing stuff like this :p
Nice job!
