Hi I'm new here, I found the website just wondering around the internet and I'm so glad I did cause I really love both writing and reading! I hope I get to meet you all.

I see you've stumbled upon our welcome boards! Here you will meet all the wonderful people who love to meet new people, and I am one of those people! However, I am not an official greeter. Nope, those lovely people have blue usernames.

There are more colours to talk about, but I'm sure one of the lovely greeters will pop on by here soon and explain all those.

Also, we do have a few rules like a 2:1 ratio for reviewing and adding work, and we hate chatspeak, so please refrain from using that as much as humanly possible.

To read more about those you can pop on by to the very first sticky on this Welcome board thread thingy. They are way better at explaining that than I am.

Now, enough with the rules and stuff! Please, tell us more about yourself! What do you like to read/write? What music do you listen to? Have you seen any good movies lately? What's you favorite colour? Favorite food? I could go on with these questions forever!

So, Kitty's quickly gone through the rules but I'll just elaborate a little.

Ok, so you've joined us just as the review ratio has risen. It's now 3:1 so you'd better get reviewing!
Bear in mind - this will go up to 4:1 in November and 5:1 in December!

And she was right. We hate cht spk and CAPS LOCK, even in chat! So please try and use capitilization and correct grammar!

Kitty was also right - Greeters (like me!) have blue names. Instructors are purple, Moderators are green and Admin are red.

I've realised I forgot to say something about myself in the first post...
Well, I absolutely love reading! There's no special kind of books that I like the most, it just has to be a good book, of any style.
As for writing, I write different styles too but I tend to add some romance in all of my stories for some reason.

Apart from reading, I also love music. I listen mostly to rock, in all of its subgenres. I find music as a great inspiration when writing.
I like to watch a good movie every so often, too. I watch action movies mostly, sometimes horror movies but they should have a good plot, otherwise I'd get bored.

By the way, I forgot to say my name, . It's Melina; that's why my username is Mell (I know it should be just one "l" but doesn't it look better like this?).
I'm 14 (probably one of the youngest around here) and I'm from Argentina.

(Seems like I should have started with that last paragraph, but well...)
