Lheah walked over to Joan. "Be careful, it's really hot, and the aliens are everywhere." She said into a microphone.

A flat emotionless voice replied. "I'm not an idiot, you know. We have checked the probes and know of this planet's hostile inhabitants and unfavorable climate. We will arrive in approximately thirty-three minutes."

"That's no way to address your fellow party members." Joan said.

"I don't particularly care." The sound of static filled the air. Joan smacked the wall, seeming frustrated. "Cheeky little..." She grumbled. Lheah understood her frustration. She had felt it many times. "So, the backup's on the way?" She asked. Joan nodded. Her mouth began moving, but Lheah couldn't hear what she was saying.

Her vision flashed.

She was walking through a hallway, her sword in hand. It was crackling with blue electricity. Someone was in front of her, walking towards her. She didn't bother with introductions, and ran him through. He gasped, choked, and slid off of her blade. She grinned, killing was so fun! She walked to the end of it. There was a door. She opened it and stepped inside cautiously. The room was empty. Lheah walked into the center, spinning slowly in a circle. She pushed another button on her sword. Parts of it slid out, until it was three times longer and four times wider than it had originally been.
Suddenly an uncounted number of people appeared, and Lheah went into attack mode. She parried and thrust, slicing, stabbing, and impaling as many as four people as once.

About three minutes later they were all laying dead, and she was standing ankle deep in blood. Her sword was also covered in blood. She grinned happily, and began laughing hysterically.

Her vision flashed again, and she was back in the ship. Her sword was in her hand, and Joan was staring at her with wide eyes. Lheah's gales of laughter faded. She hurriedly put the sword away. "Look, Joan-"
"Aaaaaaagghh! I love you! I hate this I love you chat filter! Lock her in the ship!" Joan took off running, and Lheah heard the ship door close. Lheah hurried to the door, pushing the open button next to it. It slid open and she ran out. "Joan, wait!"

She didn't take notice of the other android who wasn't standing to far off of them. She had fallen to the ground. Her eyes wide in a panic. Her skin openly sparked. The sparks were bright blue. On a wireless transmission, possibly picked up by other androids, she sent a report back to earth about one of the team members becoming insane.

Her air blew in a breeze that wasn't there. She hovered half an inch off the ground. She braced herself to run. This was getting out of hand. She had to deal with someone who might go out of line and need to be shut off, she had to control two stable members, then she had a crazy person.

She held up a finger. It was shaking. "You're... unstable. Keep away from me!" She moved about a foot back. Her eyes shifted to a different color. Blue. Glowing blue.

Lheah knew something was up when Joan started acting weird. It was because of her visions. But they were good visions. Nothing bad. That was until Joan started calling her unstable. She was fine for a second. "I am stable..." Her eyes were practically turning red. She was breathing normally. She would control herself.

When Joan was preparing for a fight she lost it. She pressed a button on her blade, energy sparked through it. Easily enough to deactivate any android. She held it in front of Joan making it clear that if she tried anything she would soon be dead.

Joan was close to screaming. She couldn't, not with a blade to her. "I'm perfectly fine!" She heard Lheah growl.

Richard

The other android watched the proceedings with slightly more interest than before. "I suppose I should intervene." He pulled out his blaster and aimed it at Lheah. "Stand down."

Lheah shivered, the corner of her mouth twitching, as her internal battle raged.

"At least make a decision," the android said, cocking an eyebrow. "I hate waiting on the indecisive."

Lheah glared at Joan, her uncontrollable anger surging through her. Call me unstable? I'll show her unstable. She thought. She came forward, swinging her sword down. Joan scrambled backwards and the sword thumped into the sand.

Wind began to pick up around her, sending sand into the air. A shadow fell over Lheah and Joan, but Lheah didn't notice it. All of her attention was focoused on Joan, or, in her eyes, her target.

After a second the wind stopped.

She rushed forward again, this time bringing it down and swinging it to the right at the last second. It hit Joan's hip lightly, causing her to shreik in pain. Electric currents washed over Joan, and she slumped over, frozen.

Lheah was about to bring her sword down for a final blow when she felt a hand on her shoulder. "Stop."

Joan felt it hit her. She laid there in the sand. She was running on a solar battery. She still could think. She could still send messages through a wireless channel to other androids. Everything she could see, and heard, was recorded onto a small black box. This was sent to Earth when it was full. She would be assumed dead unless fixed within two days.

She couldn't think though. The pain was unmatched. She would have continued screaming if she could. She was feeling it still. What was worse was that she couldn't move. She couldn't move at all. She felt the power surging out of her.

She could think once more. The pain had dulled. She sent out a codded message towards Richard. He was an android. He should hear her. "Won't listen. Insane. Two days. Mission called off. Solar battery. Black box. Repairs..." It was hard to send. She could only hope that he could understand it.

Richard looked down at Joan, expression unchanging. He hadn't shot at Lheah because she was in close proximity to Joan. His superiors would make a very thorough inquiry and most likely disable him if there was even the whiff of an attack on one of his fellow members who wasn't trying to kill the other.

Transmission recieved. I will disable the attacker and perform needed repairs.

He changed the frequency on his blaster, aimed it at Lheah, and fired without hesitation. The force was now only enough to render her unconscious.

Lheah was about to swing when the blast hit her. At first it felt like an electric shock, then reduced to a tingle. She felt her brain shut off, just like that. A light switch. Her eyes closed and she slumped to the ground, her sword still in her hand.

A small, cold smile of satisfaction crossed Richard's face. He took the sword from Lheah and took it back to the ship, stowing it in a safe. When he returned, he had a pair of restraining cuffs which he snapped around Lheah's wrists before carrying her bodily into the ship, stowing her safely in the brig for the time being. Then he turned his attention to Joan.

"Let's see." He lowered one of his hands towards her, then withdrew. "Some residual charge, unfortunately. Hmm..." The android drew what looked like a large rubber sheet from his pack and wrapped Joan in it. It was then child's play to carry her in to the sick bay where he got to work.

Lheah was in a field, her sword drawn. She was surrounded by people, young and old. All were unarmoured and had no weapons. she smiled. She would have fun with this. She gripped her sword tighter, and enlarged it. Then, letting out a feirce battlecry, she charged forwards, weaving a web of death in front of her. The people fell to the ground like flies, some missing at least one limb. Her thirst for blood grew and grew, until it took hold of her completely. Her sword hummed through the air, now taken over by electrical energy. Lheah smote all in her path, until every last one was dead before her feet. Her mad grin still on her face, she laughed.

Lheah opened her eyes. Her laughter echoed around an empty steel room. She looked around in a panic, regaining control of herself. Where am I? She thought. Then she remembered. She had had Joan at her mercy, when an electrical charge had hit her in the back. She groaned quietly. Now I've done it. She thought. She reached up to scratch her head, but realized that her hands were cuffed together. And also covered in blood. She stared at them for a second, but when she blinked the image dissapeared.

**EEEEEEK an alien. Welcome on.**

Joan watched Lheah raise her sword only to slump into a limp posture. Happiness washed over her. When she was being carried along to sick bay the mission could continue. There would be no time to waste. If they did Lheah could get worse.

She would have smiled and made a remark about, "Well I get you know what's deep inside me." She watched him lift up a hatch in her left arm, the pieces sparked. A small amount of smoke emitted from it. This made it clear that the repairs would not be easily done.

Richard sighed and got to work, taking bits of fried machinery and wiring out to be replaced. "It looks as though just about every bit of you that has a motor function has been damaged in some way, though your processor and sensors seem to be in working order. This is going to take a while." He turned her over and opened the hatch in her back to examine some of her more vital parts.

Lheah sat there for a moment, staring at her hands. They were still normal, but she couldn't tear her eyes from them. She shifted her position, and heard a sound like rolling marbles. She froze. The sound stopped. She looked down. There, hanging from her belt, was a black bag. A smile spread across her face. The idiot forgot about my explosives! She thought happily.

She had about twelve inches of leeway beween her hands. Lheah reached over and grabbed the bag, opening it by pushing down on the top. The bag was full of what looked like small silver marbles. She grabbed one and pulled it out. There was a very small lever sticking out of it, and next to the levers were small bars of color, going from green, to red. She flicked the lever to the lowest setting, and pushed it into the ball. She hurriedly dropped it onto the metal between her two wrists.

Suddenly the ball exploded, blinding her for a second. When she could see again there were bits of metal everywhere, and her hands were free. The metal was still around her wrists, but it no longer obstructed her. She got up and walked to the door. Lheah examined the door closely. It seemed to have no weak point.

She took out another explosive, this time setting it to the third setting out of ten. she pushed it in and set it down on the ground in front of the door, then retreated to safety.

About three seconds later an explosion rocked the ship, reducing the door to a pile of twisted metal. Well, they'll know I'm out, but explosions aren't exactly subtle. She thought. She hurried out of her makeshift doorway, heading in the direction of the weapons vault, which was only supposed to be accesable by Joan or one member of the backup crew. She reached it rather quickly. The only thing showing was a hairline crack in the wall, through which you would insert a key card. She stopped and surveyed it. Well, there's no point in wasting a good explosive. She thought. She shut her eyes.

A second later there was a resounding crack and the door of the vault crashed to the ground. There was her sword. She grabbed it and strapped it to her belt. Then Lheah headed towards the sick bay. That was where they'd be. Lheah didn't know anything about androids, but what she had done looked pretty serious.

Lheah heard footsteps coming down the hallway behind her. She drew her weapon and spun around.

Nothing.

She shook herself and continued walking towards the sick bay, but kept her sword at hand. She felt something grab her shoulder. She turned. The hallway was empty.
She began walking again, on alert for anything out of the ordinary. She stopped at the end of the hallway. If she rounded the corner she would be in full veiw of the sick bay if the door was open. She pulled out another explosive. She set it to the lowest setting, and tossed it as hard as she could around the corner.

a second later there was the sound of an explosion. Lheah heard footsteps as someone went to investigate. She peered around the corner. The android in the backup crew was examining a charred spot on the ground, where her explosive had gone off. She crept into the sick bay, silent as a whisper. Joan was sitting on a sick bay bed. She stared at Lheah. She was about to say something, but Lheah shook her head. Joan shut her mouth immediately. She's afraid of me. She thought.

"Joan, come with me. I need to talk to you." Joan looked like she was going to argue, but thought better of it. Lheah grabbed Joan's wrist. Joan stood, and Lheah dragged her out of the sick bay. The other android was still examining the blast site. They were back in the hallway. Then Joan started stumbling. Lheah stopped. The hallway was suddenly full of sounds. Screaming, laughing, crying, they all melded together into a single sound that made Lheah want to claw at her ears.

The sound faded almost as quickly as it had come, and Lheah kept walking. "We can talk about this you know, you don't have to kill me." Joan babbled. Lheah rolled her eyes and kept walking. Joan tripped and hit the ground. Lheah groaned. this could be hard. She thought. She grabbed Joan's wrist again, and focused on her telekenetic power. They lifted about three feet into the air. Lheah groaned. Already it was sapping her energy.

Lheah directed them forwards, going faster than she could have gone. "I was kidding when I said you were unstable!" Joan said. "A joke, really!" they were out of the ship flying over the sand. She was headed for a cave she had seen. It looked quiet. they fell about a foot. Lheah moaned quietly. We're not going to make it. She thought. Then they were in the cave. She dropped them, gasping for breath. All of her energy seemed to have left. "Let me explain." Lheah gasped.

Joan sparked brightly. She flexed her fingers. She was slightly more relaxed. If she could at least get her anti gravity generator to work she could run... well fly for it. She looked at Lheah. Was she blind? There were aliens surrounding them. They looked at them. They didn't attack. They just circled.

Joan was silent. She didn't want to make Lheah go killing things. She looked around the cave.
The rocks were black, with a light tint of blue. Green slime covered most of the ground, walls and ceiling. It dripped into a puddle not far from them.
