"It sounds great," he said. He reached out and patted Iclisa on the back, who tensed up as he did.

The three lay down in the grass and relaxed for a while, talking.

"So, rock climbing, huh?" he said.

"Yes, I enjoy it." Iclisa said.

"We should all go sometime!" Jackie exclaimed. She stopped short at her words though, "Oh, nevermind."

Jack laughed. "Don't worry about it, Jackie. I'm used to it." he said. "And, I'm sure I could handle rock climbing anyways."

Desmond~~

She ran ahead of me and I started, catching up quickly, "You run often?"

"A little."

We stopped outside the councilor's kitchen, "You making food?"

"Yeah. It'll be ready in a little while."

"Cool."

I sat down on a log and leaned up against a tree than I opened my eyes and saw peoples eyes straying to the thin white scars lacing my torso.

Avaline
The things had calmed down when we reached a picnic table to the far east shore of the lake. I felt good, very easy going.
"So what should we do?" I asked.

Lily and Beth shrugged. I shrugged too, since it was getting a little boring, except for the dramatic scene a few minutes ago.

"Umm, what if we do a party?" Mel suggested. That's what I so much considered about her, even in the most terrible situations she always had a happy face. I always hoped I was like that, but life hasn't been easy and I was not about to tell them why.

"A party?" Lily asked, "Here at camp?"

"Yeah, it'll be awesome just help me text" Mel said. I was so in into this, I loved parties and a party here at camp was an awesome idea.

Jackie
"I'm sorry" I said for the a hundedth time. "It's just quite hard to get used to"
I let out a shy smile and turned my eyes to Iclisa. It was a bit awkward having Jack there, and talking aobut things like extreme sports and landscapes.

"Don't worry, I'm usd to it" he said smiling. I couldn't imagine how he could deal with such pressure and difficult situtaions, but he seemed to nail it.

"Oh well, it's just that I rant when I'm nervous and tenfd to take care too much about people, I don't know that just me, I'm so sorry"

I turned to him again and saw him laughing. He looked good, funny, laughing at me.
"What?" I asked them.

"Jackie, " Iclisa said. "You're ranting" And she laughed too before we all got a message inviting us to a party.

Mary

As they sat outside the dining hall, Mary couldn't help but notice the scars on Desmond's chest. She didn't want to pry, it was his own business, but she was so curious.

"I see you've noticed," Desmond said.

Mary's face went red and she looked away. "I'm sorry. It's none of my business."

Travis~

I had just gotten to the dinning hall when I got a text from Lily. Apparently they were planning a party. I marveled at the nerve of my sister. One moment she was planning potentiality killing a classmate and the next she was planning a party. I seriously worried about her mental stability. I had to admit she was good at acting. No one seemed to notice her slight off nature, even I was fulled from time to time.

I looked up to see Mary talking to Desmond as she noticed his scars about her scars. I sat next to them and said.

"It's none of my business," she said.

"Hey," I said.

"Hey, Mary and Desmond said.

"No it's fine, I'll tell you," Desmond said.

Desmond~~

"Had an accident at my military academy in England. It was the easiest way for me to get a good education, but there were the accident that gave me these, and my parents took me out, so that I could come here."
