Does Anyone know how to speak German fluently?

Um... not that great with english i think i spelled fluently wrong but oh well.
German is my 1st language.
English 2nd.

Anyways, I want to conversate with someone at my level.
English is hard. Too many rules. Of course some of our words in german sound like english.

Ich spreche etwas deutsch. In Shule ich bin lehren. In deutsch ich bin nicht so gut, aber kenne ich etwas.
