Well two of my first poems combined so lets see......named:

Fantasy of Hearts

Heroes of Heart,
They do not part.

In a kingdom,
where darkness reigns.
In the sky the heavens gleam,
the ligh shining so bright.

The heart opens doors
to the light and darkness.

The fight begins.
Out of the heavens arrows fall,
but yet the darkness stands so tall.

The dreams of people destroyed
through a darkened rage.

Mens swords have clashed,
and many have collapsed.

Just a key to the heart is need,
The heart holds all the answers.

Finally,the ultimate weapon,revealed,
the darkness begins,to fall as rays of light come,
from the heavens.

The fight is over and all that remains is the,
Heroes of Heart that will never, part.
How can you prove that we exist? Maybe we don't exist...

Well, I'm guessing this poem is about Kingdom Hearts. Maybe I'm wrong, but you have a Kingdom Hearts icon and the poem seems severely tied to it. Unfortunately, I think that without knowing what the poem was about or if I had not association to Kingdom Hearts, I would probably say this was confusing and not well written. Use more metaphors or something - I'm sure you can find something to describe such a worthy meaning in better words.
Carpe Diem.

Russets and tangerine shades of old gold flushing the very outside edge of the senses ... deep shining ochres, burnt umber and parchments of baked earth—reflecting on itself and through itself, filtering the light.
