audition

I have a very important audition comping up, and everybody's good energy and good thoughts are terribly important to me. Any and all goodness you can offer would be wonderful. And those of you who are experienced with the audition process--tips would be greatly appreciated.

If you happen to be nervous while singing, don't look at the judges. Focus somewhere else. ~Waffles' Tip O the Day
For acting, just do your best. If you happen to be the nervous type, work with the nervousness. Er..."Make friends with it, instead of fighting it."

Don't monotone.
It can land you the part of a guard. *me cringes*
but You won't do that.
You'll get your part.

Well, the tips I would have are on presentation:

1. Move around as you sing and play your part. Being immobile is a horrible reflection on your presentation.

2. I would say keep your eyes on the judges, but look at every single one of them. It shows that you can take the heat of being watched.

3. Just be your normal, cheerful, self and leave a good impression with your overall personality.
