This story i started not to while ago is about two main characters
Aaliyah and Dexy.
Aaliyah is about my age 15 struggling through high school, encountering new types of friends, boys and at the same time trying to write and figure out a worthy subject to write about. Aaliyah one day is suddenly attracted to a store which by the way is a pawn shop and finds a purple book called hexagon. Everyone has secrets and one secret she has is that Aaliyah has an alter ego. Which in fact she named Dexy Jane. Dexy is everything Aaliyah wants to be: beautiful, talented, a sense of fashion, good with guys and a young best selling author. But one thing Aaliyah never thought possible was her Alter ego, actually is a person, and also thinks as Aaliyah as an Alter ego???
Dexy jane is 20 and is attending Columbia because of her early success in writing she got in easy.
She has also published a best seller at the age of 17.
What can you say Dexy is talented and is envied by every girl in every block.
But why would she envy Aaliyah?
In fact Dexy janes worst years was in high school. By the end of her senior year everyone hated her including her friends and family because of her first published book.
Basically Aaliyah is everything Dexy wants to be.
there story is quite unique.
Anyway both of the girls find a notebook called hexagon.
Weirdly enough Dexy wrote her first words on the book
"Hello?".
That's when Dexy and Aaliyah start to talk and find out there alter egos are real.
The note book hexagon is like a portal way for them to talk in the book.
Another thing is Aaliyah lives in the year of 2003 and as for Dexy she lives in the year of 2008.
These two girls help each other along the way through university and highschool, no matter how old or what time difference they are. There will most likely be love and hate, and a little laughter here and there.
Oh! and just to tell you guys when Dexy and Aaliyah write to each other there last period has to be an "(H)". circled around the h to send the message. I thought that was pretty cool
. Here is some of what i wrote. Feel free too suggest anything or help me out. I really, really like this story, so care to help me out I'm a newbie trying to write.

Dear Dexy
Thinking this much hurts my forehead.
My insides thumping, drumming. Temptations to sleep, my room is hot, stuffy.
Useless, but cold i become neurotic.
Frail as a blossom, still like a coma; i wonder.
I detest being small, naive and so young. Time flies when your the happiest it still remains a fathom in my mind. Age doesn't change the person i am, but the view of the world.
When i wake everyday, i feel as if everyone is wearing a blindfold, oblivious to the world. To put it frankly, in my perspective everyone is like a cow following the herd.
If I'm speaking to soon, i want to become the cow who climbs the tree. I smiled agitated to go to sleep your about to wake up Dexy Jane.
So many words describe what i feel about you. Some way, some how we are one. You remain in my mind sleeping when i am awake. When i start thinking i become blind to what I'm really staring at. I pick up the odd coloured light purple notebook. Words written on it i whisper faintly. "Hexagon.." the book was warm and smelled good, despite the fact i bought it from a pawn shop-don't ask.

I could smell vanilla in the air-it was sweet and thick- i don't know why people want to smell like food.
Aaliyah has just gone to sleep waking me up-Dexy Jane.
It's funny how Aaliyah thinks as me as her "alter ego" when i think of her as one too. Aaliyah wants to become me as i want to become her, but we work out our jealousy towards each other. How i wish..
OK then. Don't worry i have way more then this. This isn't the beginning sorta like a preview :3
