This should be simple enough
Basically, you have to put down a link of your favorite song, or songs if you like, from youtube or any other music site and then the person underneath you has to check it out. After you've checked the song out you have to comment on what you thought about it. Was it good? Bad? Funny? Good lyrics? Hot singer? Effective message through the song? Good vocals? e.t.c

It was sooooo hard picking only two songs! Now, whoever comments underneath me has to check out one of the songs, both of them if you want, and comment on what you think of it. Then you have to put one or two of your favorite songs down for whoever's next to check out! Simple!
I think that this is a good way to introduce people to new bands/singers and if you like them, why not check out some more of their songs!
