When salience is from
silence ensued

then is silence
of the salience from?
Or of silence
itself salience

Ensued.

when past treats life well,
life treats the past

when to the past
lasts to which life treats
and to life treats
the past as past

Well.

When past treats life well,
salience from silence ensues

from last past treats
Silence is salience

Ensues
well.
and that night the sky was blue

length, you are my enemy.

Wow.

Cleverr.

Its almost minimalism, but obviously a bit long.

I think that because of this: the poem being so postmodern- alpha-conceptual and all, it is flawed by its length. (lol at hypocrisy)

What I mean is, the obscurity of this poem is such, that the length needed to fully explain its concept, albeit a meagre tenty lines, still makes the poem incredibly hard to interpret: I failed miserably, even after googling salience. It has the capacity to twist the reader into knots, leaving them unable to truly grasp the final punchline and thought.

I did like silence and salience idea though.... if you could isolate that connection, perhaps with a bit of aesthetics intertwined, I think you are really onto something.

And I applaud both your bravery and intellect: I have tried to do something like this before and failed spectacularly, lol.

Nice work
I should have been a pair of ragged claws
Scuttling across the floors of silent seas. . . . . .

Hi, when I read this poem i was totally dumbfounded. I now believe that i am stupid thankyou!

When I went to read the reviews to see how other people interpreted it, I laughed to myself as there happens to be only one review, which proves to me that I wasn't the only one.
Impossible is a word to be found in a dictionary of fools- M. Thatcher

It's a pity the dictionary has only one definition of beauty. In my world, there are 7.9 billion types of it- all different and still beautiful.
