Imperfection

As I gather flowers
To form a bouquet
I notice one is different:
A pure white gerber daisy
With a little purple streak.
While others would toss it away
I think that it is neat,
Because of it's imperfection,
Flaws make something beautiful
So I do believe I'll keep it.
As your pretty, so be wise,
Wolves may lurk in every guise.

This is epically sweet. The only thing I don't like is how you describe it as a PURE white daisy before saying it has a purple streak because, wouldn't that make it not pure white? I dunno, maybe we have different definitions of the word. ^^ Could it be instead of a pure... ?

Also, in the third to last line, its should not have an apostrophe and I think that the comma should be a full stop. But. I do love how you use the flowers; it's such a pretty image, and very apt for May, but then it's easy to see that the daisy represents so much more than a flower, and it's easy to see that even though you never come right out and say it, which I love.

Nice work.
