Cool work. You have a good sense of image composition. Some of the people I went to school with didn't have as good. With some time and practice (if you're interested in art) you could do fairly well in graphic design.
I know it might seem kind of odd to say that with only seeing a few compositions, but really a few is all you need to see to spot a talent. It's fairly easy to get an emotional response from the works and really that's what it's all about--and to convey a message. Well, that and money--if you were selling things of course.
If you ever want advice or critiques on anything art related just hit me up and I'll be happy to check it out.
1) The colors. My eyes! That's not to say there's anything wrong with the colors. It's just that they're very strong and they make up most of the empty space and make the white feel blinding. All this empty space could easily be cut down, and you could probably fade the edges of the white portions of the picture to more gently lead into the picture rather than "BAM! The picture starts here!"
The colors do correspond nicely with each other, though. :D
2) Nothing really to say about this one except that it would look better shrunk a tad until the eye photo is no longer pixelated.
3) My only quibble with this is that the blood splatter just suddenly ends in the middle of nowhere. Either you can redo the entire picture by composing it so that the whole thing is only as wide as the angel image or you can draw in the ends of the blood splatter. Drawing in the blood splatter is probably the easiest.
4) Overall composition is very nice. I think the text for the first image would be more noticeable and easily readable if it were a dark gray instead of white. Also, the "2 eyes to see" might be better if it were less strongly curved and repositioned so that they don't overlap the eyebrows.
5) The "Love is like a butterfly" is slightly off-center, and it might look better if butterfly were capitalized. Also, it should be spelled "it'll" instead of "ittl". The butterfly picture could also be enlargened or the butterfly's color enhanced so that it becomes more noticeable. I didn't see at first that there was a butterfly in the image. Rounding off the edges of the image to make it oval is another option to help it fit better with the roundness of the heart in the background.
Wow! did you actually draw - like - The pictures and everything? Because if you did, they are really really good!
Review:
Picture 1: Haha nice saying! Um... I think you should put the picture in the middle more because right now i kind of throws you off a bit. And maybe you should make the edges of the picture blend into the background more. Awesome pic.
Picture 2: I don't understand the hand or the saying... help! but I love the blue eye with the heart... so cool! This one is a little blurry, so... maybe you would make the pic a little clearer? Maybe it would work if you made it smaller...
Picture 3: The guy here also looks a little blurry. Maybe you could fix that, too? I dunno if it is possible, but if it is, it would be a good Idea... And.. The writing is too bright. Thy to make it a color that can blend in more with the background. But the picture is awesome!
Picture 4: Aww! I love it! Again, the heart is a little blurry. and, in the hands picture, I find it strange how that extra gray cube is jutting out there. Maybe cut it off?
Picture 5: Nice saying, but the colours don't go together. And there are some grammar mistakes, i think... I like the heart in the background in this one, though!
Be crazy, be wild, be silly...
