Name: Maxima Low
Age: 23(is that too young?)
Gender: female

Personality: Intensely jealous. Somewhat self centered and a lier of sorts. She loves to see people get hurt. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done. It gives her a thrill and is sometimes labeled as 'the psycho' by newspapers. Maxima is incredibly intelligent and knows how to set billions of traps. Is a romantic underneath her crazy exterior.

Appearance: Silky blonde hair with bright pink streaks through it. She always wears tight skinny jeans with black goth boots. Her appearance comes across like a messed up teenager, but normal nonetheless. But she is so not! She's 5'4, wears colored contacts so no one knows the true color of her eyes, and has freckles only on her cheeks. Tan skin, too.

Specialty: Has daggers everywhere, literally everywhere, in her clothes. Is superbly skilled at throwing knives, and can dodge bullets.

History: When she was thirteen she killed her nanny by accident. Lela, Maxima's sister, was Mazima's legal guardian. She drove her all the way out to Nevada and dumped her on the side of the rode. Maxima was left wandering the streets until she used her knowledge to steal from banks at just the age of 15 and soon went on to become a pro at holding people for ransom and other money situations. Now she wants a bigger challenge. She wants control, but of course she will need help...

Enemy: (I'll edit it in later)
Power: can teleport, but needs to concentrate for a full five seconds of where she's going. It doesn't seem like a long wait, but in the middle of an intense battle it is.

Other:Up for some kind of crazy, twisted love. Can see amazingly clear in the dark.

Name: Risa Hanley "Toxin" or "Tox"
Age:17
Gender: Female

Personality:peppy and loud when she knows you or doesn't know you. Likes the smell of death and is a cold blooded killer. She smells like a "rose" to most never the less.

Appearance: Deep brown hair, with a natural highlights. She has dark green eyes that flicker when she has gone mad (which is most of the time). She looks average and blends easily, until she rips off her hood to reveal a slim cloth mask with the "toxic" symbol on it.

Specialty: Specializes in making those health weapons we see now a days. she attacks anyone, who is "too healthy" for her. She is most likely to strike in a crowded pace and loves to make the scent of her health hazards somewhat like flowers.

Power: She is overly smart.

Name: Jack Heshen
Age: 25
Gender: male

Personality: He is quick witted and a fun villain. At first meeting he does not seem very villainies, instead like a hero. He will be the guy you will hate for being cocky to, because he has a lot of confidence.
Appearance: He has longish blond hair, that hangs just over his bright cheerful eyes. He is tall about 5 foot 11 1/2, and he usually has a smile even at the worst times. He has no visible mussel tone what so ever, but is oddly strong.
Specialty: Robotics and technology.

History: I'll edit it in later.
Enemy: Frost, power, can control ice and water.
Power: his power is that he is super intelligent, along with technopathy and electrical manipulation. Help a lot with his specialty

Name: Amala Lupus
Age: 22
Gender: Female

Personality: To sum it up in one word: Childish. She treats everything as a game, and never takes anything seriously. And if she loses, she'll throw a humongous tantrum and wreck everything she can. When she wins, she'll be happy-go-lucky until she loses.

Appearance: This
Specialty: Psychological fighting. Breaking down people's resolve, turning them against each other, etcetera.

History: Amala was a regular girl until the age of twelve, when she accidentally drove somebod insane. She was locked up after that for three years. There, she met Tara Kings, who became her best friend for a while. However, after Tara was released and she wasn't, she went berserk and broke out. To this day, she still is after Tara, though she doesn't go out of her way to look for her.

Name: Demetra Soul

Age: 21

Gender: female

Personality: ,mean, hungry for power, sometimes merciful, although mostly lethal

Appearance; Very beautiful. Long silky, almost white hair, pale skin, large deep blue eyes, rosy plump lips, tall, thin.

Speciality: She's lethal. She kills anyone who gets in her way, when she's on a mission to do something.

History: She could've been a nice person, but she has been abused and tortured almost to the point of insanity.

Enemy: She has a lot of enemies, she's wanted by at least a dozen organizations, both legal and illegal ,she fens for herself pretty well, though

Power: *I admit I got this one from the 4400's*She can suck the life out of anyone just by lightly pressing her hand on their chest.

Name: Adam

Age: 958 (appears 21)

Personality:free loving and wise he has grown to know behaviour paterns after being alive for so long he's also become adaptive to his ever changing emvironent

History: was born in England 1042 and has seen many great things and been apart of almost every war up until 1910 he's been in the civil war and medicel wars aswell alougth not down in the history books for it he was one of the first people to use a gun and is now an exspert. His heart is torn by many loses of friends and loved one's
Started off good but the loses cripled him to evil.

Power: invinsibility you can knock him down but he'll get up again and again this power also keeps him from aging

Enemy: Zero a hero who can fly and has super strength

Name: Mikael Eisenstein
Age: 28
Gender: Male

Personality: Calm and intelligent but in battle becomes a blood thirsty beserker.
Appearance: Shaggy blonde surfer hair, balck hooded trenchcaot worn over bblack trousers, a black shirt, white waistcoat and a red tie. Also big black new rocks
Specialty: Bank robbery and causing general distruction.

History:
Enemy: Caleb. He can heal at an accelerated rate and pyrokinesis
Power: Magnetics and metallic manipulation right down to the iron in blood.

Other:Wanted for many acts of wanton destruction. He once walked through a small city in France and ripped the metal out of everything before burying the city under the metal.

No he can't die that doesn't mean he can't get caught or stunned and apart from not being Abel to die he's just a normal person no other super powers

Personality: Think of her as kind of a hie-tec Joker. She never likes having to have a plan (she just thinks they slow her down.) But she's vary good with computers and stuff like that.

Specialty: Like I said she's really good with electronics, but her favorite whepin is bombs!

History: Can I revile this later?
Enemy: Neris: Can control water/ice.
Power: Doesn't really have one. Just her skills.
