Super hero high

Emmalee -

"What?" I asked, shooting up. Three people were there, Selena, Circus, and somebody else. The loud thump was what brought me out of the trance-like state I was in. It was probably Circus, since she was sleeping on the bottom bunk. "What happened?"

"Circus, are you all right?" a voice asked. It was strangely familiar, and I was sure I heard it before. I think at Power Placement. Who was it? Definitely a girl... not Natasha, that I knew. What was her name again? Lee, I think.

"I'm fine. Just bumped my head," Circus mumbled. There was a sound, like somebody walking on pillows and blankets. Maybe it was Circus getting out of bed.

"Lee's going to be rooming with us. She doesn't have a roommate, and we've got a spare bed," Selena said.

Dropping out, sorry. Dunno where to come in ...

*haha I keep on getting LaReina and Forever mixed up...anyways that had nothing to do with anything.*

Selena

Lee made herself comfortable in the spare bed in our room. Though, I had the feeling she wasn't liking the whole idea. I knew it was late but I wanted to make sure she was ok.

"Lee? Are you alright?" I whispered, trying not to wake everyone up.

"Uh, yeah. I'm fine." Lee said. Her voice was a little disgruntled and curt.

She is a tomboy, I thought. I always wanted to be friends with everyone. Sometimes that means...appealing to their better nature.

"Hey, if you need anything. Remember I can shapeshift. Spying is something I can do easily." I said.

Circus~ Late at night

I struggled out of bed and waved to Lee as I made my way to the minnie fridge for ice. Selena was showing her to the bunk above Emmalee, who was now awake and more alert looking then ever. I guess when my head hit the bunk it was louder then I thought. My hand autimatically rubbed my forehead where a bump was already starting to form.

"Hey, if you need anything. Remember I can shapeshift. Spying is something I can do easily." Selena whispered to Lee, who nodded curtly and headed into the bathroom to change. From what I had just seen it didn't seem like Lee was that thrilled to have such girly roommates.

"What's her prob?" I aked in a hushed whisper as I held an ice pack to my head. Selena shrugged. There wasn't much more to say so I curled under the blankets of my new bed and prayed tomorrow would be more fun.

Lee

I wanted to be careful about my new roommates. They seemed like the sweet sensative types, and I didn't have anywyere else to go, so I had to make sure they didn't want to throw me out anytime soon. So when I first came in, this girl bumped her head, I made sure I didn't laugh.

The morning came too quickly. BEEP BEEP BEEP!

I rolled over and slammed my pillow over my head. It kept beeping. And beeping. And beeping.

"Someone shut that damn thing off!" I exclaimed.

"Sorry!" someone said quickly and brightly. Great. Morning people.

I was just falling back asleep when I heard a hair drier. I groaned and turned around to see what time it was. 5:45. Too early.

Don't complain. Don't complain. I thought as I got up.

"Good morning!" they said to me in turn. I grunted and sat on the side of one of their beds.

"Did we get schedules yet?" I asked.

Sabine

I awoke to the sound of Natasha taking a shower. I quickly turn to look at the time. It was almost 7am.

"6: 55?!?!!?" I screamed to no one in particular. I picked out some clothes in a hurry and banged on the bathroom door.

"Hurry up! I gotta get in there too!" I exclaimed.

After a few minutes, Natasha opened the door.

"Hey, I just got in there too. I'm so tired.." Natasha said, hurrying out of the way.

"Yeah and its all those boys fault. We need a plan." I said, getting in the bathroom.

The warm water felt good but I couldn't stay long. I quickly dried off and put my clothes on.

Natasha was on the bed, reading her schedule. I sat on her bed next to her and pulled out mine. I had the sense Natasha was thinking about something else other than classes.

"You're right. We need revenge." Natasha said.

Mikael

BEEP, BEEP, BEEEE. The sound cut out as my roomy put a sound proof shield round the alarm.
"Come on Mikael we've gotta" the sentence stoped dead as he surveyed the room. "Holy damn Mikael what the hell happened?" I looked around and saw the scorched smiling skull on the ceiling.
"Sorry i had kind of a difficult night after i tried to torch that Levens kid."
"Ok then. Hey what time is it?" I looked bleary eyed at the clock.
"Just gone 7. Hey do you mind if i grab the shower first?" I asked
"Not at all wake me up when your done." I grabbed some clothes out of my bag and wandered into our bathroom. I turned on the shower and suprise suprise it was freezing. I checked the door was closed and lit a small fire under the showerhead warming the water. I got out the shower and heard my roomy call "Hey you need a towel?" I replied by setting myself alight then putting it out drying me instantaneously. "Show off!" he laughed from outside the door. I looked down at the pile of clothes my Mum had marked first day. A black shirt with a red tie, black pinstripe trousers, a white waist coat and new black school shoes. I quickly pulled them on and walked into the room. "Nice threads"
"Oh shut up and hurry first lesson is at half past." I walked out of the room and headed for the cafeteria my stomach begining to growl in hunger.

Nick~~

"Guys wake up," I heard Jack yell at me and Ben as we crawled out sleepily.

After a quick shower cycle I assembled everyone and told them my idea.

"Okay so we don;t need to get in trouble for it, just fight. My idea is Gym, they have power use battles between kid, three on four on four is the max, so all four of us can fight. And I searched the power list last night and found a few key powers to take. So you in," I asked

"Of course," both of them said and Ben went to tell Lee.

Soon after I had changed I headed over to another dorm black, where I quickly stole the power of Time control, then went back to quickly Grab a fresh batch of Natasha's power, she almost tried to kill me when I showed up, but after I froze time I escaped her before she even finished the first line. Then I went to grab the ultimate one, Power control. With it I would be able to neutralize the others powers and win easily. When I was done with that I grabbed some clothes that would cover every inch of my skin, just in case, and was just able to make it to class.

Mikael

I grabbed a bagel and wolfed it down with a coffee before heading for class. Arriving a few minutes before the bell. At the front of the class the teacher began his lesson. "I am Mr.Salen and i am your super heroing teacher. Now i believe introductions are in order." He picked up the register and read out each name taking note of each person and asking their parents names. Finally he reached me. "Mikael Eisenstein." He read it out and i saw his brow furrow. I stood up.
"I'm Mikael Eisenstein, Sir. My parents are Huron Blackheart and the Ice Queen." I saw him shrink back slightly at my fathers name. He looked a little flustered. "Ah right well um yes hmm. You raised quite a dilema when you mother sent your application in. Anyway your here now i suppose. Now then class today we will look at catch phrases." He wrote on the board as he spoke. " Now every superhero and villain has a catch phrase. Take the Thing his catch phrase is 'It's clobering time' and Dr Vengeous 'Run run as fast as you can but ill catch you 'cos im the vengeous man'. These are classic catch phrases." The lesson continued at a steady pace and i took notes in my fire proof red note book with two stylized flames, one blue and one red, on the cover.

Max~

I took my sower and went down to breakfast with Mikael. I found it funny that the kids with all super hero parents were the ones to get in trouble. Well technically Mikael had gotten in trouble too, but not to the point of punishment.

"You're lucky though, you have a offensive power you're destined to be a hero," Mikael said.

"don't be so sure, my mother trained me to create shields inside of peoples bodies. I can contract around the heart or expand my shield until the person explodes. Trust me there is room for evil in my ability.

Well I got to get to my first class," I grabbed my books took one last bite of my biscuit and left. I was going to gym where my powers would be tested against others. I bumped into someone on my way to the gym. The thin film of shield I always surround my body with bounced them them into a locker. Oops my safety shield was out of habit, I dispersed it and helped the other kid up.

*Just a quick note, Skull can you not make all the teachers afraid of you, they would be used to villain's kids, and powerful powers, so they would not be cowering, espiacally Mr. Salen for you, he controls water, remember?*

Nick~~

"No don't touch me please," I asked the kid as he tried to help me up.

"Why?" He asked.

"My power is through touch, and I set up a good arsenal for gym today, don't want to ruin it," I answered him getting up.

"Oh. Okay I guess," He told me.

"So what is your power," I asked as I slipped on a pair of gloves.

"I can create shields around my body."

"Cool, I have to get your power tomorrow. You just gave me a sick idea. But check this out, try to use your power."

"Okay," He said and extended a shield out, then suddenly he seemed to be worried straining to make one, "What is happening," Ha asked confused.

"Me. I have power negation on me, perfect for fighting," I told him then we parted ways. Jumping into my gym clothes I felt a bit exposed so I slip on instead a full body cover suit, that was breathable, and cool, plus see through so I could slip my gym clothes over it with out notice.

Circus~

"Do you think she's asleep?"I heard a familiar voice ask, Selena.

"She's out cold,"Lee commented. A knock on the door sent my rolling off the edge of my bed with surprise. "She's awake now,"Lee laughed as she went to the door."

"Who the hell would knock on the door so late at night? I was trying to sleep,"I moaned sitting up on the floor and blinking.

"Um, Circus, it's not night. In fact it's almost 7:30, and we're gonna be late for class if you don't hurry up!" Selena said, exasperated as she opened up the windows. The light hurt my eyes.

"Haha, that's a great idea,"I heard Lee say from the doorway. She was talking to Ben, the kid who controlled molicules, and I suddenly felt embarrassed. I was on the floor, looking like an idiot, and still in my pajamas. He glanced around her.

"Hey Selena. Circus,"He nodded in my direction. Without a reply he walked into the hall and Lee followed.

"See you guys later,"That's ll she said before the door closed. Selena turned back to me.

"Will you hurry up! Emmalee left twenty minutes ago!"

I bolted into the bathroom with a fresh pair of clothes. The clothes were simple, jeans and a t-shirt. I brushed my teeth and washed my face then raced back into the room. Selena was tapping her feet near the door.

"Alright I'm ready."

"Finally."She said and I didn't have time to think before she grabbed my hand and we darted down halls to get to our destination. Heroing class. The bell rang only seconds before we reached the class.

Jack

I took a shower and went to class I was sitting next to Mikael.

"so what are your parents like" Mikael asked.

"oh well my mums a hero and my dad use to be a hero now well I don't know but he ain't a good guy either" Mikael smiled. I smiled and focused on the lesson it should of been intreasting but school made it boring.

I changed into the gym clothes and got ready for power training. I sat down next to Nick and Ben I pulled a chair from the other side of the gym and put my feet up.

"do you ever use your powers for anything but lazing around" Ben said. I shook my head.

"my dad taught me that life is about nothing more than enjoyment of what you have and anyway what else could I use them for" Ben nodded in agrement.

"my dad was weird he was all wise and stuff like he knew everything he certanly thought he did when I was like a little kid he would tell me tales of great battles he spoke as if he had been their, I don't know what my mum was thinking he was only 21" I said remembering his face his kind smile and scary charm he never got sick aswell just like me.

"so who want to play fight" the coach shouted as the gym changed.

Emmalee -

I felt kind of bad for leaving the others, but I really didn't want to be late. Some people were having a conversation down in the corridor about our next class, Superheroing, and they gave each other directions to the room. I stuck behind and followed them, hoping they didn't notice me.

I hoped I wasn't late. That wouldn't be a good first impression.

"Hey! Emmalee! Come sit here," I heard a voice call. It was Selena. I wanted to grimace. I was standing at the entrance of the room, and there would definitely be a lot of tables and chairs in my way. This was not going to be good.
