A Sea of Unworthy Thoughts

As I sit here silently,
gazing at the sea,
I think of the many thoughts
that have come to me,
and of this silly poem,
ruined by the rhyme.
But now that I've thought about it,
I haven't got the time!


Note by the author: This is so cool, I'm an "author"... anyway, This is just a weird little poem that came to me while getting ready for church, not very deep, but funny.

Its simple, and not very memorable, but it's cute, and sure rhymes well.

I guess it's cute. I didn't really find much with it.

Yeah, it was mean to be just kind of random and pointless.

Then you accomplished your goal.

Cute, though. Maybe it could be incorporated into a story, like if you had a really eccentric character that was really interesting but so different people were weirded out by them, I could see them saying this out loud at some random time (Think stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. Ever read it?)

Yeah, um, yoha ( its weird calling you that, but oh well...) I'm gonna take my poem back... and explain a bit too.

I actually did start writing a story with it as a "get-to-know-this-freakish-character" type of thing. I would show that, but its so bad I'm just going to forget that. Yoha was right though. The entire point was to be cute and brighten up someone's day!

It's quite short but it's really good.

By the way isn't yoha ahoy a kids cartoons or something?

Ummm... no, not to my knowledge at least. I got it from a computer game I was obsessed with 3 years back. This pirate walks into a restaurant where the welcome mat says, "AHOY!" but it's upside down to him and he says, "YOHA!" so I just put it together for my username cuz I like it.

A cute piece of randomness, if not very memorable. I also second what Ari said.

Oh I just love people who do random stuff, other people call em crazy and wierd, or rebels, I (myself being one) name em, well I don't name em.... Anyway it's good to know there are people out there who do some stuff for the heck of doing them, or just do them (there being no point at all!) ahh.....Good poem, good stuff.

OK, I see. Well, it was a kids cartoon which I still watch 'cos I'm still a kid.
