My Old Cat

Hey Katema! June here!


These last few photos that you posted are wonderful. I really like them.


1 - I like how her paw in the foreground is not the main focus of the picture. Really draws us into the focus; wonderful job with that, dear.


2 - This one is a bit harder to see, and the piece of furniture in the background is sort of distracting, dear. But, very cute. She reminds me of one of my cats that we had two years ago. I dunno what happened to him.


3 - Eep, tired kitty is tired! She's very cute, but it would be nice if we could see her eyes in this one.

Kitty!

First picture: Aww, so cute! I would have perhaps zoomed out a bit more, just so we could see the ears and a bit more of the whiskers. ^_^

Second picture: I find it could use a bit more lighting on the cat's face. She's a bit in the dark, which does give her a certain mystical quality (or queenly...), but it's still hard to see her scowl.

Third picture: Something's got her interest. xD It's so cute the way she's about to pounce. And we can see her face! Although the furniture is distracting slightly.

Fourth picture: Aww! That' so cute. I'd have moved the shot more to the right so we'd get more of her head resting on her shoulder, but it's a good picture on it's own.

These were all very, very cute.

I know what you mean about old cats and not wanting them to leave. One of my cats lived to be 22 and we had to put her down two summers ago. It was hard seeing her not there anymore. And it was so sad seeing my other cats miss her that much. (My parents had owned her since before I was born, too)

Hope this kitty lives to be nice and old-- in a healthy state of mind!

She look to have such a calm nature. Like nothing phases her. I love cats like the.

I love the compostition of the photos where you can only see part of her. It suggests she a rather private cat.

The angles are great. I imagine some of them being her kittens looking up at her.

1 - I love this photo. I love how you have used the frame in this photo. It isn't just a photo of a cat, it is composed in such a way that makes it more interesting that just any old photo. I love how the cat fills up the frame. And I love how you have a glint in the eye, a reflection I suppose. It makes the cat seem alive. And it's sooo cute! haha Good Job!

2 - I like how the paws are in the foreground and the cat is kind of laid into the background but I just wish the cat was looking at camera because the face is in a shadow and it kind of ruins the photo but I think that it is composed really well

3 -I think there is too much floor in this photo, it's kind of distracting and again I wish the cat was looking towards camera but the focus is great and I like the light!

4 - Haha this photo made me laugh. It's like she is saying 'If I can't see you, then you can't see me!' xD So I sort of like it in that respect but I also wish her eyes were open. However, I love how clear the photo is and all the details of her fure.

Your cat is so adorable! I really want a Kitteh! lol

I only OWN three, LuLu, the teenage mother, had three babies.
