I recently decided that I liked robots, got a few books on robotics, and want to build one (starting point: a kit). But there are sooooo many different kits out there, from cheap ones to expensive ones, from programmable to automata, that I'm not sure what to do! Does anyone have any suggestions?
And AI- what exactly does that encompass? I know that somewhere in the whole wide web there's an experimental AI... but still, I would like to know more.
