The smoke spirals in mushroom clouds
And he gets his buzz, the addiction locking tighter
The addiction of awesome.

He knows he should quit
But Aetdrug is too awesome.
He exhales a sad plume of smoke.
man hands on misery to man
it deepens like a coastal shelf
get out as early as you can
and don’t have any kids yourself.

Conceit pulled of eloquently. Wow. I never thought I would see something like that. I don't touch grammer or style only the message behind a poem and clearly the message is awesome. So I can't find anything wrong with this poem or the message because it's trully way to awesome for words. good job, write more, and good luck in the future
The diffrence of a ingnorant person and a wise person isn't what they have been through but what they have been through and how much they have learned from it.

Hmm... this is very short and to the point, I like it. It is pretty well written, though the use of awesome twice annoyed me a bit, you might want to find a synonym for it the second time. You also might want make the last line of the poem its own stanza since its a separate thought and sentence. Other than those minor things, this is a nice piece of work. Keep writing! =D

This poem, Aet, is a very good one. Short and to the point and I'll definatly try to avoid Aetdrug.

HP Lovecraft. Ironic, no?
