Risen from the Sea

the year is 3567 and everything was going smoothly until they came. Hidden in the depths of the earth were monsters called the Enders came out of their sleep and have now come to destroy the earth city by city.
You all start in New York city when they come and you must seal the enders back in there cages in the core of the world.

History- Finds out about enders and wants to help. Comes from a middle class family. Has tons of people that love her, due to her being so caring.

Name- Sylvie Bryant

Age- 15

Gender- Female

Personality- Tough, strong, ambitious, defiant, but frank to the point of rudeness. She's also a bit vengeful.

Appearance- Shoulder length, wavy, strawberry blonde hair, bold blue green eyes pale complexion, small but svelte body.

History- Her family of 7 was destroyed by the Enders when Sylvie was 12. Only her father and her survived but her father slowly became insane and commited suicide. She survived on the streets learning all the techniques to keep herself alive. She was attacked by an Ender once when she was exploring the abandoned Plaza Hotel. She was able to fight it and escape. She now knows ways to destroy them.

Skills- Extremely fast and lithe. She's great at hiding out since she's been doing it all her life. She can sneak around well too. She carries a shoulder bag with all of the things she might need. (i.e. a screwdriver to open vents in order to crawl through them, rope, twine, a slingshot, marbles and actually a lot of other useful items.}

Personality- he is calm and fun, he always makes cracks about people when he wants to and does not hide spite

History- He was raised on long island and was a sailing boy always out sailing when he could and won many award from it. And when he could not sail he turned his head to extreme sports learning all but a few and the few he knows well enough to attempt
Skills- He is good at almost every extreme sport there is and is very stealthy and sort of like a spy

Name: Farce Threnton

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Personality: Loud and bossy, but is quiet and very serious when he's thinking. He goes with his own thought and it takes a slap in the face to get him realize other people are there and to consider someone else's idea on things. Once in a blue moon Farce'll let his guard down and simply crumble. This takes a lot though, and has only happened about two times before.

Appearance: Bright, blond hair and light gray eyes. He's usually wearing a long sleeved, plain black t-shirt and dark wash jeans. There's a slightly cracked watch on his left wrist and sometimes a camera around his neck.

History: Youngest out of three children to his parents in New Jersey, he moved to New York to go to a college. He spent a lot of his time with his mom and dad, but hated the attention. The other two children, an older sister and brother, despised him for getting all the attention and not even wanting it. Farce has always tried to be independent and now he finally has the time to.

Skills: Very observant, can pick out the smallest detail (used to read Where's Waldo and other stuff like that a lot), and has a vast knowledge about a lot of different things.

Hello! I'm going to try to remember that I have three storybooks to juggle...lol its small compared to some of you. Also are we like the "chosen people" or something to fight the Enders? I'm just wondering why its just teens. I'll go ahead and write it like that though.

Name: Sadie Jenkins

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Personality: Very friendly and a huge extrovert. Prone to hurt feelings and crying. Can be a little bubbly at times. She hates it when the others don't think she is ready or serious enough to fight the Enders. Which isn't true. She is extremely loyal and a great listener to others problems. Passionate about everything. However, passionate goes hand in hand with revengeful. She can be very fierce.

Appearance: Wavy brown hair, brown eyes, and a huge smile. Usually wearing something pink and her necklace.

History: Only child. You'll see more as time goes.

Skills: Crafty (makes necklaces) and has a natural gift of healing. Keeps the group together.

Seeing as there is no link to a discussion thread as of yet, I'm just going to ask my question here. Can I be an Ender? I could work it in so that I connected with the main characters often, like maybe I'm specifically tracking them and then towards the end help them, either willingly or against my will, defeat Enders. If that's not alright, okay. Just a thought...

Thanks so much! I'll change anything in the following profile if my version of an Ender isn't exactly what you want, boltageman. I'm just going off the name (Risen from the Sea) and making them aquatic-like and somewhat intelligent, if that's okay.

Name- Sremv

Age- An Elder Ender in his prime

Gender- Male

Personality- Sremv is a born killer, and he loves it. His entire body is just built for chaos and his predator intelligence allows him to utilize this to his advantage. When possible, Sremv eats his victims but in the heat of a battle (more like a slaughter) Sremv realizes this is not practical. When working with another group of Enders, Sremv assumes command or he forces it. Because he can use nearly every part of him as a weapon, he has no need of guns and travels lightly.

Appearance- A particular vicious-looking Ender- Sremv has a humanoid torso with two hand-like arms. But that's about where the similarities end. His legs are unnaturally long and with the bone structure of a dog's hind legs; this makes it so that he can drop onto all fours when in fast pursuit. His fingers and toes are very odd because they're both webbed and clawed; his claws are retractable but the webbing is always present. His muscle structure is very similar to that of an athletic swimmer (I wonder why) with prominent shoulder and leg muscles which are as round as a fish's belly. His skin is similar to that of a shark's and he also has a lethally sharp fin protruding from his spine. His head is roughly human, but rounder and without ears; his jaw can dislocate so that he can fit large things into his mouth and is filled with rows of razor sharp teeth. Excellent eyesight, bad sense of smell.

History- When he was lying in wait, Sremv was patient and quiet but always waiting, watching for the moment when humans would reveal their most easily utilized weakness. Since his immersion from the depths of the sea, Sremv has slaughtered thousands and thousands of humans as well as completely wrecked major buildings. He has fought for a dominant position among his fellow elder Enders and he has never lost a fight. As an elder, he has control over many juvenille Enders, who resemble brainless Godzilla-like snakes and he thoroughly enjoys ordering them around.

Skills- When Sremv is in the heat of battle, he is nearly unstoppable. With teeth, strength, claws, speed, and a razor sharp spiked fin on his back, he has definitely got weapons. But therein lies his weakness, if you can figure out how to use it to your advantage. He also has a mind for strategies and a steely determination.

Other- Well he's not up for love if that's what I'm supposed to write in here...

Personality- She is a nature lover, even her name means 'the moon.' She's kind, loving and warm, but knows how to look out for herself. She's also courageous, however, and will do whatever she can to stop the Enders.

Appearance- She is Polynesian-golden skin, with beautiful naturally wavy dark hair that falls to her waist. Green eyes. She's quite tall, and lean, but has a feminine figure.

History- She lived with her family in Polynesia with her family until very recently when she came to New York to visit her half brother. She doesn't want to go home as she wants to help get rid of the elders.

Skills-She has a real gift of calming people. She seems to radiate positive energy. People feel at ease around her.

Other- She's up for love.
