This is something I drew in 7th grade. Colored in by Larara

*His expression is like it is because, when I drew him, I didn't want him to be afraid of the fire. I never meant for him to be running through the fire and making him look like he was running away from it.

This is cute. The Konoha symbol there makes me think it's one of Kakashi's nin-dogs, even if his dogs have the blue jacket/coat/thing. The flames look a little awkward, though. Also, the wolf seems far too calm to be in a fire. The tail is definitely one of my favorite parts.
There once was a cat.
He wasn’t particularly fat.
Fuzzy was his favorite mat.
And really, that was that.

Oh, but did you really think so?
Keep reading, it’s just the start of the show!
And as for how far this tale will go…
Well, even the cat doesn’t know.

The tail and the flames are awesome, but the wolf looks more like a cartoon husky than anything else. I assume it's from something (anime related?)?

It's actually very cool. :D

Oh, that's a nice style and colouring technique.

I think the wolf should have a more intense and worried/panic-struck look.

And no fire sparks? :-( Add 'em to make it crackle.

Very nice!
I only have a few comments.

1. I think the flames need to have more levels than just the pink and orange since they're sort of big.

2. I agree with everyone about the wolf's expression. I don't know why, but I think he looks like he's just been rejected and is walking gloomily through the forest. Try to make him seem like he's running or someting. Also, since I'm an animal freak, the wolf would probably have his tail tucked under his tail if he were nervous about the fire. I see why you had it up though, so the flames won't cover it.

Great drawing! I can never draw wolves. Well, I can't draw at all, so....yeah.

I also agree with ^ about the expression. He looks too unbothered to be walking through fire. Either way if the fire is symbolic or actually there, his expression simply does not fit. Though he has such cute eyes!

You draw the cutest wolves. They're adorable. I wanna hug them.

In this case, i want him as my pet. Hehe the jacket was an awesome little addition and the curving tail was great. You have got a good sense of detail even on such a cartoonish creature.

Well done

I agree, I think instead of such a clam look the wolf should have more of a worried, or painful look.
Also the fire could use some work, it is of the anime style correct?
I like how you did the coloring, but it looks more like a husky then a wolf.

Well, yes, my drawings have the anime style to them. In this drawing, I was the only the one who drew it. The coloring was done by RayneChild. So you'll have to tell her about the coloring, lol. :D :D :D

It does quite have the anime style to it and I like. I had a chuckle at the Konoha symbol when I saw it and like the others on here, I think the wolf/dog thingy should be more emotional. Unless he is a suicidal wolf. That makes it just sad.

Ok, ok! Lol! I UNDERSTAND, critiquers!!!!!!! His expression need changing - believe me, I would if I could! I drew this wolf before I ever found out about Naruto, so I didn't color him correctly. Or rather, I didn't color his triangle thing on top of his eye (which is supposed to be below). I believe that this wolf is supposed to represent Kiba.

OK. WEREWOLVES are awesome. Cough...I love wolves, werewolves, and things of a wolfy nature lol. I thought your drawing was pretty good, but the colors could have been more vivid. Otherwise, it was a nice depiction of wolves.=)

Aw; it's really cute ;)
You're good at drawing, I can't draw to save myself
The only problem I can see with it is the expression, which people have already pointed out. He is so cute though ;)
it's good :)

Hey there Vamp!

Interestingly cool concept you have here! Nice drawing, too! I think the wolf looks a little bit too relaxed to be real, you know?

But! Aside from that it's a cool drawing. good job! I can never color in my drawings so goodjob on that.

Keep it up!

well done!

Hey! I like the wold! His really cute. It reminded me of Kakashi's nin-dogs as well...

The only critique I have:

-The flames are too level. It's fire! Make it wild.
-The wolf is way to calm. I don't know if you wanted him to look calm, but he should looks more "intense" in my opinion.
-I know you didn't color it, but it really bothers me when people color fire block orange and red! It is not at all realistic. It makes it sort of corny looking.

Your wolf is sooooo cute!

Good job!
