How do you eat your Thanksgiving leftovers?

Personally the leftovers are my favorite part. I am a big fan of the turkey sammich with a side of microwaved green bean casserole myself.

My brother on the other hand, dumps everything into a bowl and microwaves it like that. *makes a face*

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, but it takes us at least a week to get rid of all the Christmas leftovers. Or it used to take until mom realized it would be smarter to buy a smaller ham.

In the week or so after Thanksgiving, I learn to appreciate turkey sandwiches. It's either that or stuffing, and I hate stuffing.

I hate stuffing too. It's nasty stuff.

Feed it to my dog.

The turkey of course.

It's her Thanksgiving treat.

The cat always gets turkey (ham this year; my mom didn't feel like making a turkey) and the puppies got their first taste of (good) real food.

Other than that, Dad and I are generally eating everything for a few days afterwords. My Mom didn't make mashed potatoes or anything this year so it's mainly just stuff she bought from the store that requires minimal effort to put together. :)
