The first sentence reminds of what my grandad says when its raining
"Why is rain always wet?",
and I reply with,
"because if rain was dry,there would be no such thing as rain",
[its like our little joke.]

It's decent for a ten-second poem, but the first line seems painfully obvious and there's no need to include exclamation points at the end of every line.
