THE HALLOWEEN GAME
On the night of Halloween we go to Game Stop the video gaming store and buy this game called Stay Alive! The kids play it so time can go by quickly and then they can go trick or treating they are really anxious to play the game so they all rush over to Freddy’s house they all play the game. The cover of the game was blank haunted house.
As the evening past I Eric and Amanda trick or treated in a huge number of neighborhoods. All the houses were glamorously decorated with spooky witches and ghosts hanging on the doors. “Guys, I’m begging o enjoy the decorations even more then getting these delicious candy!” I exclaimed. Their was a little quite moment until Eric decided to
Interrupt the silence “Oh dude, well you know there is a very rich neighborhood down those two hills” as he pointed. I could see sparkling lights coming from that place “I bet they have awesome decorations their and lots of candy, besides really rich people live their like business owners.” All of a sudden Amanda interrupted “Well what are you waiting for lets go!!!”
It was 10:30 when we past every single house. “Let’s go guys; it is getting really late,” Eric worried. “What are you talking about? There is still one more house on the top of that really high hill,” I and Amanda yelled in excitement. “Well come on guys who needs to go their?” Eric hesitated. I and Amanda didn’t listen to him and pressured him into going to the very high, pointy, part of the hill. “Hey Amanda doe’s this house remind you
of any game?” I asked. “Ye that was the hunted mansion in the X-Box 360 video game Stay Alive” the house was old, wrecked, totally destroyed and looked hunted. Eric did nothing but gulp “Ok guys let’s just go, please. There is no phone service up hear.” As he said that I looked at him exactly in his eyes with fear and asked “Are you scared? Please don’t tell me that you’re scared. You asked us to go to this neighborhood and now you are soaked in fear?” he came closer to me and angered his face a little bit; his water blue eyes started to glow a tiny bit as the moon shined at us. “No I am not scared, it’s just,” he didn’t finish his sentence; I knew that something was wrong now. To be quite honest Eric is usually the bravest kid in our group, he would usually do the most outrages stuff in the world. “Ok listen guys, I read once in the newspaper that their was a house in a neighborhood called River Road (which we are in this second) was an orphan his name was Jasper Makkins, and he gut ditched by his own parents, the cops tried to fined him but his tracks were gone. It says that he lives in this house, but the police couldn’t locate him.” Their was a dead silent moment the only thing you could hear was the cozy wined blowing on us and the dogs barking at each other from a far distance. “Come on guys you got to believe me, I didn’t believe this for my self until I just saw this house” I couldn’t take this anymore and yelled “You loony pit what’s the matter with you? Do you even know the meaning of Halloween it’s not the time of evil it is the time of fun! People decorate their houses like this to scare the evil away. Even if their would be a boy living in this house what is so scary about it?” “Eric whispered to me back “The kid went mad.” “Awe man!” I cried “Can’t you get it it’s a legend or a roomer.” Amanda was just standing behind us with her eyes really wide open. At this moment I got really angry because Eric couldn’t stop acting like a girl. “Alright I yelled I am going to go and knock on that door over their ok? Ok” now I saw Amanda getting scared a little bit. “Come on Amanda not you? You were the only friend of mine that enjoys watching horror movies,” she made a huge step back away from me. I ran up to the door and said calmly “Lets see what’s inside of this junk mention!” As I leaned on the door I heard a sound that I wasn’t expecting to hear, a slow horrible creek. I fell hard as I could on my pirate masked face. I jumped up to my feet fast as I could. I saw nothing but a very dark wet hole down the hall way. I tried to zoom my eyes into the night, black hall. I concentrated at the room until I saw a scary monster face in front of me! It grabbed me and my friends and pulled us inside.
Next thing I knew the door was shut. Amanda was screaming in a horrified voice. As I stand up pulling Eric up I saw a little, scary, wrinkled goblin standing in front of me saying in a really low and grouchy voice “Welcome to the virtual game Stay Alive except the difference is that if you will die you won’t have a second chance. “Who pulled us inside this game?” I asked in a vibrating voice “That was my master Jasper when he is really angry I don’t recommend you to look at his face you can get a heart attack.” I and Eric came up to Amanda and pulled her up. I could feel the smell of flesh. As Amanda got back on her feat and turned to the goblin her hair spouted out in the air and she continued her screaming scenario script. Eric was continuing to calm her down. I still couldn’t understand what was going on. I was so scared that my brain turned into an empty and statuesque ball. “We don’t want to play anything!” I yelled trying to look sinewy. “Then I assume you want to have a battle with my undesirable master I suppose?” The Goblin asked in a radical voice. “No we don’t want to play anything we want to leave!” I continued yelling. “Alright lads then I suppose you will be my lunch tomorrow instead of eating rats?” As I heard the last noun’s and verb’s my heart just stopped, I felt sick and dizzy, my legs decided to just let go of me and I fell. I looked at the goblin understanding that he was far away from joking. He grabbed his tooth shaped blade and walked to me. I knew this was it, it was the end, to be honest I was really scared, I never knew how it’s like to die. As soon I pulled my unfired head up I saw Eric pushing the goblin aside into the dark hall. As the goblin was slowly painted black in the darkness I heard yell in agony, somebody else was barking in the darkness as well. I didn’t know what the blaze was going on down the hall but I decided not even finding out. “Please don’t punish me master! Please don’t evolve into the wolf beast!” The goblin pleaded in the dark. Come on let’s get out of hear!” Eric yelled. All three of us ran to the door we tried to kick it, pull and push it but it was no use. “There is no way out guys.” Amanda said “You heard what that thing said win the game to be free.” I didn’t want to believe what she was saying but she was darn rite. “Are you saying we are going down the hall no matter what’s waiting for us their?” I asked “Yes, we will have to. I guess magic is real. How many levels were in the game?” “10, but there are 3 part’s, the first 4 missions we fight insects, the second part was simply the dead and the third part is were you get to the dark lords chamber.” Eric explained “How many levels did we pass?” Amanda questioned. “9, so that means we don’t know who we up against are on the last level.” Eric explained “Then what are we waiting for lets go! Ah yes Eric have you by any chances taken away the blade that the little beast had?” “Yes, I did.”
Our adventure through the hunted house stared. It was really gloomy, dusty, freezing cold and was godly scary! Buy luckily we all remembered that we had pencil sized flashlights. As soon I grabbed mien I pointed it at the ceiling and turned it on “Aghhhhhhhhhh cockroaches!” We shouted. The whole ceiling was field with these disgusting, devilish insects. We rushed down the mile long hall. Now I started to hear the floor roach. But I couldn’t still stop running. Next thing I knew I was in the air falling, the floor must have broken! I think completing the levels was the most unthinkable action we have ever done. The only thing what I could do was to pray to God that we would survive the fall; actually it was too late we were already lying on the surface. Except the floor was really smooth, slippery, and smelled nasty. I could actually tell by Eric’s girlish scream that we were on the back of a huge mutated black widow. I didn’t even blink; I knew that Eric was already on the job of stabbing the spider. The insect started to shake and through us away on the ground. As I got up I knew the venomous spider was running rite after me. As the spider opened its mouth a blade flew directly in side of it. “Eric great job I yelled!” The black widow was literally screaming in agony, but it still had the strength to finish us all with the poisoned needle under it’s but. All of a sudden I remembered that this was level 2 already. “Eric! Look on the corner over their!” I yelled to him as I pointed at a corner “I can recognize this room, their should be an insecticide gun!” Next second I knew the spider was shot to death by a chemical gun. We past the levels on and on until we walked into a room. The writings on the wall were colored in insect guts.
The insects are gone
But the new nightmare will be even more fun
It’s too late to run
It will be even scarier your hearts will stun
Amanda, Eric, and I slowly skipped on our tipsy toes from one room to another. As we entered into different corridors, bedrooms, and kitchens it just got darker and smoky. I felt like I was walking down a grave yard. “Ouch, my foot!” Amanda complained “I think I stepped on something hard.” “Me too!” Eric squeaked. I turned on my flash light that barley had any more power left and pointed the light were my two friends were standing. All three of us didn’t want to believe were our location was, but you can’t deny the truth. “Owe my God!” I yelled “We are standing in a middle of the grave yard.” Before I had the chance to pull out my sharp, blazing sword that I picked up on the way, an army of skeletons rose up from their graves and ran at us. Eric grabbed his little hammer and threw at one of the dead walking creature, but it did no good because their was still 32 skeletons left. I was so scared that I lost control of my self and threw the sword at one of the dead as well “2 down!” I squealed. All three of us started to back away from the army, but like always all the doors were locked! As one of them grabbed Amanda they got kicked exactly into the manly spot. “Awww that hurts!” one of them moaned and fell on the floor. Their was a quiet moment for a second. Then I thought “Hmm how could the skeleton talk? Shouldn’t it be dead silent?” I looked at the lying figure. Just before I was about to walk and examine the lying skeleton. I heard a laugh from the little army. The laugh was replied with even more happy cry’s, some of them were low well some of them were high. Then all of them pulled their wounded and walked away. In couple of seconds all three of us were left alone.
After finishing off part two, we ran into a dark, creepy room, that's when Eric hooked on to my jacket, and whispered, “Where are we now?" I don't know, I think we just finished part two," I explained. "So…oh great! Now we have to face the Dark freak," Eric shouted. “Shhhh!” He might hear you, as I covered his mouth." "I did." We all jumped right when we heard the mysterious voice coming from the chandelier. When we looked up, we saw a misshaped figure staring down at us. We stood still as its red eyes and sharp bloody teeth pointing directly at us. At the same time, we all started screaming and running towards the door. The door slammed shut, and so did the windows. "What do you want from us?" I screamed. "I only want you dead." The figure replied. Eric shouted "Who are you anyway?" "I'm Jasper; I've been here for over 12 years. My parents abandoned me when I was 2 years old, and I've been living in this spirit house. Nobody has ever come out this house alive. We stared at him in silence. "Now, this is where your journey ends." As soon as he could, Eric tackled him down, but then Jasper took his arm and threw into the shadows, we started to hear his voice screaming in pain. "One down, few more to go," he said while smiling. "What did you do to him? Where's Eric," I questioned. He replied in a calm voice, "Relax, you'll be joining him pretty soon. "Amanda and I slowly backed up, and then Amanda accidentally stepped on a black button on the ground. She whispered in a scared voice, "Freddy, I think I just stepped on something." Suddenly, Amanda started screaming and landed onto a soft landing. Something grabbed my leg I yelled, “Amanda!" I screamed as I looked down and saw Eric. "Guess what?" Amanda yelled, “Eric! You're alive! But, there isn't any time to guess; we got to get out of here!”
Laughing suddenly surrounded me. I looked around puzzled. "Who is that laughing? Why are you laughing?" Suddenly a bright light turned on. I made a confused face when I looked up. Everyone in the neighborhood was fooled in this haunted house. Jasper came through the tunnel saying, "Did you enjoy my greetings?" He smiled and said, "Nice to meet you." Eric's mouth and mine dropped. We both yelled, "Why couldn't you have a normal greeting instead of scaring us like that?" "Two things, its Halloween, and it was more fun." "Do we at least have freedom and candy for all of those things we've done to get out of here?" He laughed and said, "Duhh,” he walked us over to a room with a large cage. As he opened it, it blasted open with candy falling everywhere. "Enjoy!" Everyone shoved there way in. I walked over to Jasper and asked him, "How did you do all of this." He said, "My parents were out and we're pretty wealthy, so I got some supplies for Halloween, All the skeletons were my friends, the goblin that you met at first was my older brother and the insects were just made graphics plus all the weapons you used were plastic; you guys were so scared that you couldn’t even understand that." "Wow, your parents are going to be mad, you must've spent a lot of money." Everyone had a great time at the haunted house, in a scary way. "I guess this game was worth it," I said quietly. "Hey! Want to go teepee our neighbor's house?" Eric asked in excitement. I looked at him in a weird way, "Where did that come from?" "Throwing toilet paper over someone's house is always the best way to end Halloween," Eric said. So we took Jason away from the pile of candy and together as best friends, we all skipped down the street to go ruin our neighbor's Halloween. All three of us at the same time, whispered to ourselves, "Best Halloween ever."
The end…. :D
Blood is red
But Heaven is blue
The Devil will fined out
And take you

wow! that sounds very creepy..
If I wasn't watching a football game, i would read it again! Ah!
The goblin sounds a bit freaky, but I'd still go into that house.
Sounds fun.
I won't give up on you
These scars won't tear us apart
So don't give up on me
It's not too late for us
And I'll save you from yourself
