Boredom!

I have come to a stage in my life which entails the word Boredom :!: I find myself to be bored very often. This is probably due to the fact that I am sixteen years old and have reached the prime of my teens. At this stage i would think that boredom has come about because my hormones have settled and i have gone through the whole typical teenage stereotype, which is moaning and groaning, moody all the time and plenty of tantrums :!: Maybe I am also bored because i hose to do T.Y, a year in which we sit in class all day, watching around 10,000 videos, attempt 5oo projects half- hearted and listen to the teachers rattling on about good behaviour. Yes such fun it is :!:
So the whole idea of me writing this blog came around about ten minutes ago while i was listening to mum trying to find the keys of her car and informing me she didn't want to be late for work...(again). As i was laying in my luxurious king-size bed a sudden thought creeped into my head, the urge to read a good book. Now I would consider myself an avid reader. I LOVE IT :!: But unfortunately bad habits occur and i get swept up into the modern world of watching to much television and wasting my time on the Internet. Whether its looking at the topshop website and planning what clothes i will buy next, or waiting my time on the ever-so addictive bebo. Sadly because of this i admit to leaving the books to one side. But anyway the urge ti read a good book came upon me, and as i laying bed i decided to myself why would i read a good book when i know i can write an even better one :!:

Haha, I hear you. Sixteen is just a wonderful age, no? Unfortunatly for me I get both boredom and drama.
Funfun.
So what exactly is this? If it's a blog, we have a section for that. Look on the top bar, and you'll see the section 'blogs'.
You'll see in the drop bar 'blog control panel' that's where you create your very own blog.

If it's a story.... I don't really get it. And I'm not sure this should be posted in the literary forums, it sounds like it should be in the Lounge to me, under 'community'
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

Don't post your work again in the same post, be patient and people will review you. YOu have also only reviwed one other piece of work the ratio is 2:1 so don't expext reviews to ocme flooding in on your stuff if you don't review others.

As for the piece, what exactly is it? It's not a story, it just seems a string of thoughts, maybe one of the mods will move this to an appropriate section.

And don't worry, you will grow out of the bordom when you turn 18 ;)

Well ... I'm kind of speechless. I'm not sure what to think ...

First of all, I was very confused as to what I was reading. For a good while until you mentioned it was a blog. But, I think it sounds more like a "stream of conscious."

Second of all, I would try editing this as far as grammar is concerned. I saw a few errors.

Third of all, be a little more creative. If it is a blog, I would include some sarcasm. I saw some hints of sarcasm (i.e. the part about your mother being late, again). So, try and include some more.

It has potential. You just failed to edit before you posted, so for us it is very confusing.

This isn't a piece, it's a blog, as you said. Thusly, you should create a blog and post this in it, not post it as a non-fiction piece in the literary forums.
