I haven't heard much of them but I like what I've heard. Funeral of Hearts is good. And so true.

I used to listen to H.I.M, and I have one of their CDs, but there message...I don't know. I'm still thinking about it. They have great music and that guy has a lovely voice..but I'm just not sure all the way what they're singing about.

Matt Bellamy: Yeah I love that song too.

Emma: So true.

Chevy: They're just singing about love, well most the time. You might have to ask you_really_suck what they sing about, I'm not too sure.

well as ville puts it their songs are about love and death thats why they created the heartagram to sybolize that. also in the band's life thay have been through heartbreak and in a few's cases suicide condiderations. overall they just write what they know and ville being the hopeless romantic he is writes about love and death. but if you accually talk with the band they aren't depressing at all. so if you still don't get it i'm sorry.

and just a sidenote-ville is on my icon :D

Ohhh okay.

Are BAM and HIM related in any kind of way? They have the exact same logo that just so happens to be drawn all over my chemistry notebook.

no ok here's the thing. when ville first formed H.I.M. they weren't very big but then bam came to on of their concerts and became a die hard fan. but when he heard a lot of ppl didn't know about the band he decided to ask ville if he could adertise the heartagram. after awhile though bam sorta took it into his own hands and put it on t shirts and skateboards and shit. ville says he doesn't mind as long as it gets the word out. and usually this topic gets me mad because if you have the tattoos or the shirts or anything else with the heartagram ppl think it's the bam sign but it's not as i have to explain on countless occasions. all in all bam is just another die hard fan who has authority to get ppl to listen to H.I.M.

I have some questions:

Who are they?
What type of music do they play?
How long have they been around?
What would be a good time to listen to them?
