Power and might and burdens light,

Autonomy and more for me,
How to fight and do things right,

How to be completely free,
Social height and erudite,

Silver rings and human wings -
All we want are lesser things.

huh, interesting. Good word use and it rhymes (WHICH IS AWSOME). I think this might be a tad too short, but that's just me. I liked this. Its pretty nice. Good Job.

It's great. Pretty simple, pretty short but also powerful. On first reading I thought your rhyme scheme was a little strange, then I sat and worked it out and it's actually pretty skilfull - really tied the poem together.
