This was really great. I have no complaints about the monster itself; the scales and expression are amazing. It's the water bit that kinda has me tilting my head. It does appear too much like it's sticking to him, and I think you could've done the water dripping from him better.
The boat, however, is amazing! It looks so helpless and distraught. :o
The fangs and fins on the monster are my favorite part, and the sky was pretty as well. I really liked your use of color in this!

Hello!
I think you are a very good artist! I love the serpents face. It’s mouth especially.

Ok, first of all, is that a beard or water on the serpents chin? I can’t tell.

Second, I’m not sure the water would look like that if a giant serpent came out of it. (Obviously, it would be hard to get a model.) I think it would have more ripples, though.

The clouds also look a little funny to me.

Overall, I think this is a very nice picture.
