Does anybody else around here lift weights or anything like that?
I was thinkin about it today for apparent reason--anyway, last night I went to the gym with my ladies and lifted--felt good since I hadnt been in the weight room for a few days...anyway, I got kinda mad for ano apparent reason and hopped on the leg press--fun stuff. I just kept on adding weight till I finally ended up maxing out the wieght on the machine--scared the crap outta me, cuz usually I'm not very leg strength oriented--maybe it wa the adrenaline. Cool sutff!
Anyway, anyone lift?
