Your point Hunter yeah we dont know each other but we are all writers and so we have something in common. You will probaly ask me what my point is yeah these awards dont exist in solid form but it would be an honor if someone who didn't know you in person nominated you for an award that would be a great compliment. My point is these awards are not silly. I just sound weird don't I.

Yeah... so it's nice if you win... but it doesn't really mean much if you don't get nominated, because the people don't really know you. So... I guess that makes it a win-win situation doesn't it?

Eh...I kinda of though about it, but I thought me emphasising this was fun would take that out. There's only like two awards I wouldn't want to get, and I'l contact the "winners" before that to see if they really want it to be "public". Otherwise, this is a pointless contest, as Hunter points out, and it means absolutely nothing.

However, if you e-mail me, please put down your username in the post and title the e-mail something like "YWS Awards Nominees".

Eh, not sure. I wasn't really sure if people were going to contribute, so I didn't set a deadline but I've got quite a few people's nominations in.

I don't think you sound weird, Yoshi. It's nice to win things, and while I don't expect to win anything besides member you'd most like to shoot, it's better to think of it as honouring your peers rather than having your own talents ignored.
