This poem's not about a movie
It's about the way I feel
Something 'bout the scream
Of agony and rage that may seem
A little terrifying
And may leave some people crying
But it seems so addicting
I want to let it out
A screech like some demonic being
Who's soul has been ripped out
There's something crawling in me
Like spiders on a web
Like worm who's made new nesting grounds
My heart is how it's fed
The toxic boiled inside me
Is aching to bubble out
Fear's the only thing keeping it in
Makes me want to shout
A scream or a howl makes no difference to me
A screech or a hiss that an alien might decree
Alien or parasite not sure which one's in me
I don't really think it matters now
I must focus on if I should scream
