There once was a boy from Nags Head,
Who flew his kite into a shed.
He went to retrieve it,
And now he can't see it,
The kite is now caraway seed bread.

Hello!

Firstly before I get into the actual poem, I will say to to remember that just because it is the start of the line, you do not need to italicize it unless it is the start of a new sentence.

Onto the actual poem - I thought it was a bit strange, as even limericks need some point to them. I know it was just a bit of fun, but I felt it was too random, it needs to make sense somehow! But seriously though - I found the rhythm hard to get into and the last line definately spoilt it. I found it very long, ruining the pace and I didn't understand it.

Good try, but I am sure you can do better!
