The Black Ocean

Focus
Down to the atom
Electrodes that circle
Millions of these
Abundant in air
Surrounding objects of life
Allowing the plant to breath
Producing our needed oxygen
Dissolved through the lungs of humanity
Which depends on transportation
Dependent on a liquid for fuel
Creates a gas like poison

Now take a larger look
The nations divided
Burning that liquid
Constantly warring
Yet bragging about peace
Cities that crumble
Due to others, which thrive

Eye on nature
See the oceans
Attacking the land
With its whip and hammer
Of this water burns
Entering atmosphere
Condensing packing together
Until violent release
Hammer of Thor
Cracks upon us
Fighting fire with fire
With our energy

Then the clouds clear
Beautiful pasture
Gallant waves
Smoothing the land
White wonder
Surrounds us as it
Smothers this pasture
Late sunset
Crashes the horizon with elegance
Orange beauty
And the sunrise
The red bead rising
Towards the things of orbit
Gracefully passes us
Slow
Taking pace
Moving with beauty
While in its own race

To the dark side
Of cheese in the sky
Its craters
The fingerprints of God’s pebbles
Never revealing its dark secrets and myths
That is concealed by combination
Of rotation = revolution
Round the earth

View the Earth
The Blue Marble
An Exception to all others
Its secret?
Water
An example of formula
H20
Hydro
It supplies our lift
And everything around us

Zoom out
Towards the Sun
Among its brothers
Harvesting it child
Sadly enough
It’s only living child
Long after Mars
But we can’t remember
We were an infant
And only a child now

Zoom again
View all that orbits
Saturn
The U.F.O. moons
And its rings
Neptune
The blue one
Beautiful for its tranquil Seas
Pluto the poor
Called the dwarf
Yet larger than us
Who are we to mock?
Venus
Warm from the clouds
With the fierce wind
And its belle tan
Mars
Red with war and anger
With its own lost life
Mercury
Hot and boiling
Filled with anxiety
Earth
The blue marble
Defining life
Uranus
The Teal one
So beautiful
But mocked for its name

Turn to the stars
A beautiful arrangement of color
Formed from the nebulae
The red ones burst with fire
And die with passion
The vibrant Blue
Short life for its kind
And the yellow
The average of them all
Yet the only one known
To host man

And then
The beautiful collections of all this
The Galaxy
Which in a mesmeric state
We all float around with
The beautiful orbital states
Around a blinding white light
A large dense format of Stars
In one location

One more time
Gracefully
The float
As if
A blue raft
In the sparkles of black ocean
Cast away
For an eternity

And all this created by the Bang and the Gods
Forever expanding.

You have to be a bit of a liar to tell a story the right way.
