I just recently joined the wonderful site of YWS. I've been browsing around, trying to get a feel for where everything is and how things work.

So I guess this is where I introduce myself, huh?

Hi, I'm Jennifer Lauren. Yupp, that's my real first name. Not first and middle combinations that I've noticed that a lot of people are taking to now-a-days.

I'm 18 and a senior in high school. Almost out! Whoop whoop. :] I'm planning to go to college to study creative writing, but we all know how plans work. They are never set in stone and always seem to change, sadly.

I'm really easy to get along with. Everyone tells me that I'm the best listener ever. Oh gross. I sound like I'm tooting my own horn trying to get people to like me, so enough about that.

Anyway, I just wanted to throw myself out into the loop of things and get the ball rolling. If you want to chit-chat, feel free. Keep in mind that I'm new, so I more than likely will take much longer to reply/respond than normal so I apologize in advance for that.

Ok, now I'm just getting silly. That could be due to the fact that it's 2:11 in the morning and I haven't been sleeping all that fantastically for the past few nights. [/silliness]
