So, welcome to YWS! This is the greatest writing site in the world:D
Just to go over some basic stuff for you, you need to do two reviews before you can post any work, and we like it if you can keep a steady ratio of 2:1. After you post 25 reviews you can enter (drum roll please) the chat! It's pretty great, for getting to know everybody here better.
A good thing to check out is the FAQ. It's very helpful.

So what kinds of things do you like to write? Right now I'm concentrating on poetry, it being National Poetry Writing Month and all. I'm trying to write a novel, but... I've been rather neglecting it lately *bow her head in shame*

When you have some stuff posted, I'd love to come critique it, so just send me a PM! (private message)
