Snow Photo 1

In march we had a sudden snowstorm, so I decided to take my camera and head outside to take some photos. It was really beautiful.
For some reason my computer won't allow me to attach more than one photo per topic... So there's only one.

Haha. I think this photo would be better if you cropped it and focused in more on the yellow sign thingy. I think it gives a sense of industralism to the symbolism of snow. Not that it isn't a good photo as is, but that would most likely make it better by giving the photo a specific focus and point.

Did that make an ounce of sense? xD

I have to say I like it as it is. I like the bird house, and I like the general snowness.

Lol it didn't make that much sense XD the sign is an old roadsign my parents got from somewhere when they were younger, it points to the stairs. The stairs are invisible due to the snow though so that kind of got lost

The snow is very pretty in this picture. It is a bit busy, though. There are two many snow-covered objects in the picture, that it doesn't stand out as much as it should. If you just would have focused on the sign, just the trees, or something else, the picture would have stood out more!

I have to agree with ninja on this one. It's too much going on that you can't really appreciate the snow.

Delightful, darling, the yellow is a great contrast!

Snow sceneries are almost always very beautiful.

This photo has a mysterious aura around it, I like that.

But I wish the yellow signboard wasn't in the frame, it adds colour to this picture and does not fit in with the serene whiteness.

I also agree that you need to focus. I would say only the trees, or the trees and the sign. The other things are annoying.

Also, the picture has specks in front of it. Is your lens dirty or something? It kind of takes away from the snow.

Overall, pretty! I'm glad the snow is gone, though.
