This is disgusting. I hope they are tried and punished as adults. They deserve jail time.

These kinds of situations make me all the more grateful for my martial arts training. I feel better knowing that if this were to happen to one of my little sisters (ages 12 and 15) that they could defend themselves (even against five or six girls). They might be hurt, but the other girls would pay for whatever they did to them in physical pain too. But it makes me feel even sicker thinking that Victoria didn't/couldn't fight back.

A production assistant for Dr. Phil bailed out one of the girls just so Dr. Phil could do an episode on it. The production assistant also told reporters to back off because they have the exclusive on it. They're not going through with the episode now, because they got caught, but the girl was still bailed out.

They ought to let the girl that got beat go in there and beat the snot out of every one of those kids. They'd learn their lesson.

It isn't exactly American, but I completely agree with khfan. And eye for an eye. I heard somewhere that she was actually injured to the point of losing the ability to see out of one eye, and the ability to hear out of the opposite ear.

Although, the only difference in my opinion is the fact that there were two or three people attacking this girl, so she oughtta get a few friends before going in there.

They should sentece them to life in a high security adult prision because they will be beat up there everyday. They deserve it.

I disagree. Letting them being beaten up for beating this girl is a contradiction in terms.
Yes, they should be tried and punished as adults. They are old enough to be taken seriously and therefore being made entirely responsible for their actions.

Oh, God. I actually feel like throwing up right now. That is one of the SICKEST things I have ever heard. Famous? FAMOUS? Beating up someone makes another person famous? That is so wrong and twisted. These girls need a reality check.
