i wasn't sure if this belongs in any of the other categories, so i just threw it in here.
the theme of this poem is: War.
Far beyond the edge of reason,
far beyond morality,
committing lies and acts of treason,
reminded of mortality.
Taking blind leaps towards his end,
the thing he calls a goal.
Nerves will tense and wills will bend
before it claims his soul.
He will go wherever he chooses,
making all the wrong decisions.
Fighting peaces of games he loses
and spreading his derisions.
'Put an end to all of it',
say all the men of the Pacific.
'or it may just put an end to you.'
Far beyond the edge of reason,
far beyond morality,
committing lies and acts of treason,
reminded of mortality.
