Hello! I'm Huntress. I was brought to YWS by my friend, and I hope I can help others improve their work as well as others help improve mine. I enjoy writing Songs, Poetry, and Fantasy.


Some of the things I enjoy are: Collecting things, drawing, painting, reading, writing, being around my friends, music, and many more things!


Well, I hope to meet many people on here and I hope I can help other people with their work!!!!

Hey Huntress! Welcome to the Young Writers Society. For some reason I really doubt your 80.

Everyone here is really friendly and you can PM me anytime! Yay! Your write the same stuff I do! Except for songs that is. I tried making a band once, but I sucked at writing songs and couldn't find anyone to play guitar... So uh yeah.

I'd also like to mention our Buddy System! Basically, you can adopt a mentor for a month, and that mentor will help you with your stories and poems and whatnot, as well as answer any questions you may have about the site. It's a pretty cool deal.

So hey, glad to see you around here. If you have any questions and don't have a mentor, feel free to ask any of the mods (green names), Distinguished Members (gold names -- though several are inactive on the site), or you can always just go to the list of mentors and ask one of them.

Hey there Huntress! Welcome to YWS!

Since nobody has asked the inevitable yet, I will take it upon myself to say, what kinds of things do you like to write? Read? Mostly I write poetry, especially lately. I'm afraid I've been rather neglecting my other writing. I'm trying to write a novel, and I've never gotten as far as I have with this one. YWS definitely helped me with that. This place is the first thing that gave me real motivation to write. I always liked it, but...
and I never tried writing poetry until I came here either. Thanks to this place, I've found my motivation, and my niche.
I hope it can do as much for you, and I'm sure it will. It's the best. And all the people here are great:) *huggles YWS*
