Actually, it might be kind of scary if I was a female to picture his total devotion as love. More like fantatically obsessed with one individual. In relationship boundries he steps the line. If you love someone, but they are the source of it, then your relationship has failed. It's a balance of sharing love that makes it successful. You can mourn your lost ones, but make sure that you can love even without that person. Anakin surely did not do that. His only survival and making choices was because of Padme, and not only do you weaken yourself and become more vulnerable, but his relationship with her failed.
Yes, while I guess he may be admirable for chicks, be sure you choose not only because of looks, but what's inside too. I'm not saying that you can't flatter him, which you can do anyone, just be more cautious then Padme.
