From our recent college excursion to Belfast, Northern Ireland: the general picture you get is of some sort of weird Alt. Country/Rock band. That's my dad in the middle, and one of my housemates second in from the left.


Also, I become slightly manic upon realising the church whose service we're taking has not, in fact, provided me with the bass they promised, but have rather decided that (naturally!) since all guitars are the same instrument, really an electric guitar should do, shouldn't it?


And yes, I made do. It's called an effects pedal and an amp with a LOT of bass added. It was a weird mixture of lead guitar (which I'm appalling at) and some sort of high-end bass. Good thing I have dexterous fingers
