Besides, it's a house party, so even if I was under 18 (the legal drinking age in this country), I would only have to be 15 to consume alcohol on private property. Consumption of drink is different to buying alcohol.

Also, Thunder, in America, you can drink if you're under 21 -- but you have to be home and your parents/guardians have to be present.

So says the law, but plenty of people don't listen. I'm sure it's the same case in the UK, too, and the rest of the world, really.

The moral of this story really is to stop being a Nazi about someone else's business.
