Although it looks like a very tastey sandwich, nothing about the actual picture is overly impressive to me? I dunno, it's just kind of boring? BUT at least it's not flowers!!!! =]]]]
The lighting in the picture needs a little work - it's too dark all around, and the flash (or whatever insanely bright light is behind you) sort of washes out the colors. The sandwich, however, looks fantastic, so commend your sister for that. Did she eat the whole thing in one sitting? I couldn't do that. It's almost as tall as it is wide! What is it, egg salad?
Over all, nice effort, and I hope to see more sibling collaborations soon. Take it outside next time, maybe? You could have a picnic/photoshoot

It has: tuna, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, olives, red onions, provolone cheese, pickles, thousand island dressing, and bread. I think. There might be one or two ingredients missing.
And yes, she did eat it in one sitting. But I don't think she had dinner because of it. I took video. XD

It seems kind of... mundane. I mean, its a sandwhich. Okay, so why are we looking at it, when we could go make one and stare at it. I think that photography is a talent that should be shown. Anyone can grab a camera and snap a shot of a sandwhich, why is your picture special? Do something different. Take a different angle, something. Tasty looking sandwhich though.
Now I'm hungry!!! I really did like this but I don't honestly think it was the best topic to choose. I also think you should have ditched all the sauces and tins etc. and just made the picture all about the sandwich. Anyway I still think it's really good and the focus is clear and bright so overall well done.
