A working title of the four "(Not)" My poems:

What do you think of these four as a series? Do they work well together?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Bad Ofour! No bumping! I'll take a look at these and let you know, yeah? But next time a topic's being ignored and you really want opinions, PM authors you know and trust with the link and ask for help. Bumping is bad etiquette!

EDIT: I have to admit, the "(Not) My Friend" poem didn't come close to matching up with the others, in terms of quality. But disregarding personal opinion about the poems: yes, I think they work nicely as a series, though the progression feels jumpy; you might want to rearrange them?

Personally, I'd remove "(Not) My Friend" and order it thusly:

(Not) My Life
(Not) My Music
(Not) My Prayer
