St. Cecelia, cut-off, brings to mind a pretty girl, blonde, wide-eyed - but fallen from grace, somehow.

Sounds kind of Welsh- the "ly" combination.
I know a Brennan, so a little brat who loves to shout, "FLY!" :P

Two impressions: A staid, auburn-haired woman, neither brilliant, hurt nor wild, but firm; or, a college-age kid, flighty and altogether too enamoured of the wild side. ^^

A fifteen-year-old boy's nickname. In a gang, probably.

...I think of an older fellow, with stories to tell and a sharper mind than his appearance suggests. Though, on double-take, I get the impression of 14-15 year old with an awful family name; irritated at it.

Joan of Arc certainty in a woman who's past her prime and getting resigned; brown-hair, brown-eyed.

Russian. 19-year-old, skinny, pimply, though not really smart.

A girl with some odd mystery and/or past - after all, her name means [of/from] archangel. ^_^ I picture her dark-haired but very pale.

(And you've got the age right on Betrenitov...if only that. ^_~)

Hmm. An Elven name. Most probably around thirteen, blond hair, green eyes, spoiled.

A girl or young woman with morer wisdom than her age might imply, and a certain odd tranquility. I picture her slight and round-faced.

All I can think of this Markus Flint from HP. Therefore: a creep with greasy black hair and a nasty leer.

Ah, it makes me think of Cecily from The Importance of Being Earnest - who was a bit flighty and flippant and girlish. But with its odd spelling, I picture her character somehow twisted. The inverse then, of such? Or a truly petulant little girl.

A little boy with a red-cap. Oy, that is my first thought. ^_^' It's either a nickname, and so the character is perhaps Latin/Spanish or Italian, or it's his real name and an oddity as he grows older.
