Through the murky streets and endless dark alleyways, your footsteps echo and fall in sync the constant downfall of rain. You hear whispers, secrets of a city that echos beneath its rock and stone or perhaps the pitter patter against the neon lights. Your tandem march dances and sings along the rhythm of rain as you walk under the dark of a city that never wakes.

Welcome to Iridescence City. Either you live here, in this desolate city where the Light never shines and the rain is constant, or you are just visiting, but you've found yourself here just in time to witness the event of the century: the annointment of the new High Luminary. It's been quite literally one hundred years since this last happened, and you may have only heard tales of the last annointment.
You're here just in time; chaos errupts and Shadow attacks. Before a new High Luminary could be announced and annointed, the current one is taken in front of an entire audience. In the absence of a de facto leader, people start asking questions, and The Council of Light provides no answers for the attack. All eyes have become fixated on Iridescence City, and where the light shines brightest, the shadows coil even deeper and deeper. You and a small group of other Vibriant take it upon yourselves to investigate the root of all this blight in the city that never wakes and its seedy underbelly.
