@Omni some questions i want to ask before i start writing my first post (kinda long so i spoilered it...)

-how exactly do the evacuations work if you are NOT a harbinger, but you're in The Perimeter? Unless I misread something during the exposition, I'm pretty sure it's ONLY harbingers in the Perimeter, right? If someone isn't a harbinger, but they don't want to leave, does the FEDRA enforcement forcefully take them out? (if not, i think i might need to edit oranges backstory lol)
-Also, how big exactly is the Perimeter wall? And how fast was it erected? Was it like a berlin wall kind of overnight thing, or did it take more than a few days of construction?
-The exposition says that the FEDRA enforcers were given VAD-12, but is it the same as VAD-11, that the harbingers have? Does that mean all of the enforcers also have powers, and in the diversity that we have them as well?
-Since there's a pretty big ongoing conflict between FEDRA and the harbingers, should we expect a lot of deaths? Plus, the nature of the various powers makes it seem like lots of people will probably die.

You are correct, the Perimeter is only for the harbingers and those who were not afflicted during the Quarantine Day were "escorted" out of the Perimeter. It was not horribly forceful, but it was not pleasant and definitely panic inducing, as martial law was hastily put in place. I'd imagine, for those who spent more time in the chaos than Darien, that it felt quite apocalyptic.

The wall, at the lowest points (near exit points) are a few stories tall. At its tallest, it's over ten stories tall, and several meters thick. This wall was built overnight by some strong Concrete FEDRA soldiers.

VAD-12 was a militarized version of VAD-11, which localized the harbinger gene and gave the vaccine a much higher chance of giver the person the harbinger gene. Many FEDRA soldiers were given this version before Quarantine Day, and most of FEDRA soldiers were given it by the first week. So most soldiers have abilities. As for the diversity, as far as we know, FEDRA has the same abilities as the first wave of harbingers.

Yes, this roleplay will have death and that can and will include our characters. Nothing will be a surprise, but characters can come and leave like a serialized apocalypse series (think The Walking Dead)
