Could be. We have +2 and +4, reverse uno, and block, but I can't think of any other special cards in standard Uno. I think there are other versions of decks out there but just standard Uno is just those

They are only in some new pack. We still have old cards, but we bought a new set in 2019 I guess and there wasn´t a big explanation for these new cards.
