I don't entirely know what's going on, but I know a little about Fallout, and I love post apocalyptic scenarios with places that have territory which I can potentially conquer!

There's a code around one of these thread somewhere... as long as you use that, you have the option to write a solo post or cowrite with a couple people, introduce your character..
The politics of the world may be corrupt, but that does not mean that we must be corrupted ourselves.
