]Okay so I just made this up but here's how it goes: Someone says a noun, let's say "Confetti." Now, the next person writes down another noun that would work with the first one, so for instance the next person might write "grenade," making the word "Confetti Grenade." However, when the next person writes, they work off of "Grenade" so let's say the wrote "Launcher," making the word "Grenade launcher" etc. etc.
