Username??

I've been wanting to change my username to my pen name, instead of something totally cryptic. But when I try nothing happens. How do I change it?

A GM (dark green, or orange but we're retired) has to change your username. The rules for name changes are as follows:

1) No name change for six months
2) You need to announce your former name, usually in your signature. There was a thread for name changes in the Lounge, but I don't see it.

Anyway, feel free to PM anyone with a dark green name to get that taken care of! I could do it as well, but it might take longer since I haven't been on every day.

The six month wait is only after you change your name for the first time. So you can get yours changed whenever!
